Gen. Scowcroft will be greatly missed. I once had the pleasure and honor of being his flight attendant on Lockheed’s G3 and he was so gracious and appreciative. He was one of the leading patriots in the United States of America and will always be remembered for his wise counsel and tempered contributions.

General Scowcroft was a patriot. I got to interact with him twice in the late 80s. He was brilliant, thoughtful, and humble. The Republican Party has no such men today.
