I am age 82 and this is the 1st time in my life, I am afraid of my president and what he can & might do. As a German American who grew up in post-war German and whose parents had to live through what my mother called the “twelve year nightmare”, I have had to answer the question of how could the Germans “stand by and do nothing”.
