France has agreed to resume the flow of passengers and freight from the U.K. after hundreds were stranded for 48 hours.

  3. I’m happy to live in Canada. At least Canada and the United States were able to work out an agreement to allow for the flow of essential goods across our borders. That looks like a nightmare.
