  1. I have a question. 🙋‍♂️
Why did that cop feel the need to kick Mr Brooks after he shot him twice in the back and he wasn’t moving? 🤔

    1. @Monica Haymes except for the fact that when you attack an officer it’s as good as a death sentence and the wendy’s jogger got exactly what he deserved.

    2. @Rusty Shackleford ok, here we go, the cop is not empowered to carry out a “death sentence” just because he is angry and too ignorant to use de-escalation techniques. Proof: he has 11 charges leveled against him. No one involved in this case and can carry out decisions based on viewing the evidence holds your opinion. You are representing a thankfully small pool of voices who can only sympathise with their own. Dont worry, we are proceeding without you.

    3. @Monica Haymes what is the desolation tactic for a man on probation who attacked police because he was busted for DUI and knew he was going back to jail for a long time?

How do you convince him to be peacefully arrested?

    4. @Monica Haymes so if police can’t shoot a man that attacked them why do they need weapons at all?

  2. Back shooting use to be a cowardly act in the old West today it depends who’s getting shot

  3. That comment was from the Irishman 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸☘️💪

    1. He’s already unfairly affected the case. He’s under investigation by the GBI for corruption, and he rushed and overcharged.

    1. Dave Schultz hmm perhaps that’s a retaliation for charging corrupt cops.. has he been proven guilty? No.. people get claims made about them all the time when they are going against the grain and fight corruption. He’s served 6 terms.. ironic your talking about corruption when he’s the one fighting it. Furthermore the facts speak for themselves in this case I’m not here to call the DA an angel.

    2. @Dave Schultz Was Mr. Brooks shot in the back or not. That is what this is about. You can take your bs to Fox news. They will listen, we wont.

    3. @Anthony Browne , The criminal was pointing the taser behind his back at the officer. Direction of weapon supersedes direction of body.

  4. “YAH! shall bring forth your RIGHTEOUSNESS! as the LIGHT!, And your JUSTICE! as the NOONDAY!”

  5. During standard initial police questioning of a citizen who may or may not later be arrested, I have noticed that often the officers apply handcuffs to citizens while calm information-gathering/discussions continue, explaining that the person is NOT being arrested but merely DETAINED. Usually after brief verbal resistance, the person quiets and complies, thereby creating a controlled, safe situation. I can’t help but wonder if this procedure had been employed sometime during the calm 41 minute talk between citizen Brooks and Officer Rolfe, if escalation of the situation could have been avoided altogether.

  6. Oh the face of a man knowing the county will get sued for millions. Good job appeasing the crowd!

  7. When has there been instant death penalty for resisting arrest and running away from the police? I’ve never heard about this happening to white men…..they resist arrest constantly.

  8. DA should be fired he’s been so disingenuous with his claims then doubling down like honestly he’s just being pressured by protests and making terrible decisions

  9. and all of this taking place while we are still recovering from grieving over the murder of George Flyod.
