Corporal Stanley Toussaint died at the age of 44. News reports out of Dominica state that the police officer was attached to the Marine Unit of the Coast Guard base and died at the Princess Margaret Hospital. He was described as an outstanding police officer with 19 years of service. He was also hailed as a hard-working and devoted police officer, committed to his work, and will surely be missed.
