Currently, Evalina is on the kidney transplant list at the Emory Medical Center in Atlanta, GA. Because of the extraordinary expense of transplantation, funding this life saving operation isith enal fail Evalina is aure. Evalina has struggled through many medical complications and has been hospitalized, so a transplant is her only chance of survival. Through all of a monumental task. Despite having insurance, many of the medical needs are not covered and must be paid out of pocket. We anticipate substantial uninsured costs suEvalina ch as lifelong immunosuppressant medications; travel to and from the center, and relocation at the time of transplant, to name a few. This presents a challenge that cannot meet alone.
To help offset Evalina’s uninsured costs, a funding campaign through the National Transplant Assistant Fung (NTAF) has been started. NTAF is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for over 20 years. All contributions are administered by NTAF exclusively for uninsured transplant- related expense donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. You cacourageous woman who has been living with a deteriorating kidney failure for 3 years. She has been on dialysis for 3 years, 3 days a week since her doctor diagnosed her wthis, her n help make a difference in Evalina’s life. Please consider a contribution.
