  1. Trump never ceases to be able to surprise me. He legitimately seems to think that whether he had the records stored neatly is the issue rather than whether he simply had possession of them at all.

  2. DOJ should also file a complaint against that judge. She not only butted into something that’s not her jurisdiction, but she used sloppy law logic to do so.

  3. “…you have to wonder whether this judge belongs on a federal bench…” It’s apparent to the rest of us, the answer is “NO!”

    1. @NCLUSA How is it proper for trump to judge shop for a particular judge out of her jurisdiction? How is it proper to make the DOJ have to argue to get documents back that THEY already own. No president can walk off with classified nuclear documents or foreign intelligence documents and he can’t declassify those either. Anyone would be held without bail if this same scenario happened to someone else. How is it proper laws don’t apply to the very person who ran a country that says no one is above the law and in a party about law and order? Maybe you aren’t able to spot overt corruption over and over and over.

    1. That’s a slippery slope… The great thing about democracy is the courts are separate from the government. Just appeal

  4. If we want to remain a democracy, it doesn’t matter what 45 says. Bring out the national guard if insurrectionists decide to storm whatever capitals they want to storm. In my opinion, take them out.

  5. Any judge who impedes the DOJ in the investigation should be held accountable.
Should be investigated for obstruction of justice.
Every day that we have to wait for the documents to be reviewed puts our country and even other countries at risk.
I remember a time when threats like trump made would have been immediately addressed. The person making those threats against the country would have been arrested.

    1. @Eugene Ray. “Shes more than likely on the take”. And Democrats aren’t ?, I think I hear your mom calling from up stairs ( :

    2. @NCLUSA well more than likely on the take?
How about mango mussolini has bought and paid for her loyalty
Maybe you need to wake up and smell the coffee, not somebody’s butt crack

  6. It’s incomprehensible how a judge , with NO EXPERIENCE , sought after by the same individual who is under Investigation and that Appointed her , is Compromising an Investigation Concerning National Security and NOT ONE JUDICIAL COURT HAS QUESTIONED HER HI JACKING OF A CASE ABOVE HER CREDENTIALS.
According to previous reports , this case was not in even her purview

    1. She abdicated her role as judge by appointing another judge to cover for her incompetence, yet gets to direct that judge’s activity. Looks like crass stonewalling, pure and simple.

TNT I love you mail mail it tomorrow 😑πŸ˜₯😁🀩πŸ˜₯

  7. Judge Cannon never even asked for DOJ’s input but granted Trumps team their request.. That is out of line with court conduct.

    1. Why? Because. They have been BAMMED. And BOOZLED. by baby Donny boy. Like the Flinstone’s adoptee son, “Bam -Bam”! BABY does bam and boozle the best/ worst. Gregg Oreo long Beach Ca

  8. Let’s remember that John Yoo wrote the legal opinion that justified waterboarding. I would be skeptical of anything coming out of his mouth.

    1. @Russell Thorburn Yes, indeed. It takes an unqualified person to suggest an unqualified person. He knows his own type.

  9. You know they’re right when they say you can buy anything in america, especially judges. By the way isn’t this some form of obstruction of justice by the judge?
