The 25th was intended to be used in cases where the president is ” _unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office_ ” . This would mean a situation where the president is physically or mentally incapacitated to the extent where he just can’t do the job (and perhaps doesn’t recognize it himself). Some say Trump is crazy – he certainly has obvious mental issues, as do many people, but he’s not a certifiable, raving lunatic. For the kind of behavior we see here, impeachment is the correct process to follow.
Of course trump is still trying to cheat, just ask his wives.
