  1. I hope she can do something about wanna be dictator Trump! We all saw it on live TV what he did and he needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. People have gone to jail a lot quicker that had done less. Lindsey Graham needs to be punished, too!

    1. @g Man Barring one of the 30,000 emails Hilary Clinton turned over to the State Department being deemed “classified,” it’s unlikely she will ever be found to have violated the “letter of the law” after her being thoroughly investigated.
“The Justice Department weighed in, calling it “sheer speculation” that “Clinton withheld any work-related emails from those provided to the Department of State.” What’s more, Justice wrote, “FOIA creates no obligation for an agency to search for and produce records that it does not possess.”

INTERESTINGLY enough, much of what the Republicans accused the Obama administration of doing, regarding abuse of power, the Republicans are again accusing the current Biden administration of doing.

      Here’s an excerpt from the
      2012 HEARING BEFORE THE
      COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY
      HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
      Re:
      “OBAMA ADMINISTRATION’S ABUSE OF POWER”
      Quote: Michael J. Gerhardt

“The fact that a president’s constitutional choices have political ramifications does not make them political or purely partisan acts. Nor should those ramifications be confused with the arguments that support, or oppose, the constitutional judgments in question. Moreover, the fact that a president makes a constitutional choice different than the one that you or I would have preferred does not make it unconstitutional. An important consideration for me is not whether I agree with a president’s constitutional choices
but rather whether I think they have been made in good faith. To assess whether they have been made in good faith, we can examine the
President’s transparency and candor in making constitutional judgments. I believe that this President, (Obama) has made his constitutional reasoning quite openly and deliberately, and on that basis, at least, I cannot take issue with how he has handled his constitutional responsibilities. If you disagree that a demonstration of good faith in making
constitutional judgments is not enough, inconsequential, or perhaps irrelevant,
I can suggest another, possibly more effective test:
Consider whether you would think what the President did was unconstitutional if he were a member of your party. Thus, I think we can all agree that Richard Nixon’s ordering the IRS and FBI to investigate his political enemies *was* an abuse of power.”

Prepared Statement of the Honorable Henry C. “Hank” Johnson, Jr., a
Representative in Congress from the State of Georgia, and Member, Committee on the Judiciary 2012.
“Mr. Chairman, this hearing on the “Obama Administration’s Abuse of Power” should be called the “Republican Congress’ Abuse of Power.”

When the Republicans have once again, made it clear they would “obstruct “ – their intentions were to mimic their previous actions, no matter how spurious the accusations.

Funny isn’t it too, that although Trump engaged in wrongful conduct against the Constitution, not a peep from same minded Republicans?

    2. @g Man What crimes did they commit? How are they more evil than the man of lawlessness Trump? Hillary and Democrats didn’t attack the United States when Trump stole the election last time, even though Hillary had 3 million more votes. Trump could never govern, because he is corrupt, impotent and the majority of America never supported him.It is okay for Trump and the outrageously, unrighteous right to attack Obama and Hillary, still, even though he is no longer in office. Attacking him racially, saying “Obama was not born in the United States, the most ignorant president in our history, a disaster, and founder of ISIS.
The right’s President and his cult have called liberals: Americans, who Trump was s supposed to be President of, treasonous and un-American. In addition, the cult calls us Libtard, not just disparaging to Liberals, but also to developmentally disabled people, like the disabled reporter Trump made fun of by impersonating and ridiculing his disability.
Feminazi, comparing free women to Nazis. This should be an insult, except Trump seems to think Nazis are “very nice people”.
Baby killers, even though the right cares nothing about children in cages, separated from their parents, just like Hitler did with Jewish families or dying from Covid. When a poor woman chooses to keep her child. The righteous right screams, not my problem welfare mom!
Hypocrite, even non-Christians are setting a better example of Christ, than the hypocrites on the right, who abused their anointing by supporting an unforgiven anti-Christian leader, who is a proven liar, adulterer, blasphemer, bigot, who hates and bullys woman and children, minorities and anyone who takes a stand against his evil ways, even his own

  2. You GO, GIRL!! Stand and STAY STRONG!!! KEEP GOING, DON’T be Intimidated!!! TRUTH MATTERS!!!! JUSTICE Matters!!!

    1. @Adam D You can’t be serious here, so you think it’s okay for a former president to try and overturn a free election that he lost, then cause an insurrection? The GA SOS phone call alone is incriminating. Your stupid cult leader left behind too much evidence.

  3. You go , girl ! Be ONE OF THE FEW that takes on and hold this slug accountable under our LAWS . Go get him and pen him up .

    1. Good luck. The Teflon Don is innocent of all charges. All accusations and no charges. Just more TDS. Trump’s been gone a year and he’s still living rent free in their heads. 🤣https://youtu.be/C-n3AMxdgsY

    1. @John Rand Trump lost. It doesn’t matter how many of his trashy flags you have on your car, he still lost.

  4. These people need to be working 24/7 to move their investigations quicker.
It’s simply unacceptable that they are moving so.

    1. @ZeroFuxGivenYou say What’s next, you gonna try to blame the attempted insurrection on ANTIFA and BLM? Yes, yes I am. Here’s a video of BLM Activist John Earle Sullivan breaking into the Capitol and inciting the crowd to violence. https://youtu.be/8W8GkJRrCVg. At the time of the insurrection he was a proclaimed BLM Activist. After this video surfaced BLM denounced him. But one thing is for certain; he is not a Trump supporter. And another thing is for certain where there is one of these BLM instigators there is more.

    2. @g Man 😂😂😂😂😂

Yes, well, might well be some other younger, brighter and more politically adept Republicans who want their chance of running for office.

Can’t see them being too impressed with some old bloke wanting another go at upsetting people, again.

Slightly tongue in cheek … they might have had enough of “any” old blokes in office by the next presidential election …

Are you really trying to tell us Trump is going to be up for another term in three years?

From what we see Trump is far more likely to be in court trying to oil his way out criminal prosecution for election fraud as in tampering with the votes. Who knows what else the authorities decide to charge him with?

      Financial prosecutions?

And for alleged sex related issues.

Are you sure Trump is the ideal choice?

    3. Possibly … but it may be that unearthing all the “good stuff” takes time and possibly more evidence of criminal wrongdoing is uncovered all the time?

Plus, I presume, making certain their case(s) is watertight takes time too.

It would be a tad disappointing (for us) if his lawyers found a way around any charges and he walked.

Or he was able to appeal and then walked.

We wouldn’t hear the last of it … anything but that.

  5. She is doing Far more of reassuring We The People than DOJ Merrick Garland. She is making it clear that she is doing her job to protect the Rule of Law inspite of threats.
Are you paying attention Mr. Garland??

    1. @Scott Harrison, Trump terrorists  committed treason on January 6th 2021. There are those of us who do not forgive such a treasonous act.
Trump supports Putin and if you support Trump you are a traitor.
      🇺🇲👍🇺🇲‼️

    1. @Regina Fetty
Well, the polls are proven to be very accurate overall within their margins of error – what you “believe” is meaningless.

Your ignorance of the vaccines is also sad. They are not experimental, and also HAVE close to ten years of data for this type of vaccine behind them and over 20 years of research. When Covid, which is a form of SARS came here there were MRNA vaccines that had been in development for years to fight it and were already near the end of human trials. They only needed to modify them for this new SARS variant.

And it IS a shot like smallpox, polio, or measles – except that most of them WERE pretty experimental when first mandated, and like these vaccines not 100% effective – which is why everyone needs to get them.

And flu shots work very well, but vaccines don’t “cure” ANYTHING – they prevent! Which is why the people sick with Covid in hospitals who asked for the vaccine are so sad – by then the vaccines could not help them, but they were too ignorant to know it.

But we don’t force shingles vaccines because it does not kill people, and rarely does the flu. I had shingles a tad over 40 years ago, and it was PAINFUL – I wish there had been a vaccine for it, and that the Navy had included it among the many vaccines they made me take.

Since a simple thing like vaccines seems beyond you I doubt that trying to explain the way the justice system has to work in a case like this would be of much use.

    3. @anthony cudahy the stupid?or little brian, zucker? No no fredo bros and the coconuts, no wait is Avenmati? No no is Smollet? Wait that’s you?

    4. That’s what I’m saying man !!!!!

I’m a gay antifa and this makes me so angry !

They locked up a few of my boys for burning down a police station and they are still sitting in jail !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy is so much worse . He needs to be locked up and be held accountable!!!!

  6. This man has been running his mouth for way too long. He needs to be barred from running for office at the very least along with his enablers.

    1. @Ryan that the other thing. I feel this administration and justice department are not hard enough enough on white collar criminals. Dictatorship prevails when justice fails.

  7. I’m just curious. The way these politicians ignore subpoenas, for almost all matters Trump, is pretty sad judicially. Ignoring the law, for all the world to see, seems like an interesting lesson teaching the public that everyone can ignore subpoenas. If our leaders can ignore them, so can we. Why would the general public be treated differently? IMHO

    1. @yavin nexus How was life before you fell in love with a big fat white nationalist? Say, 5 years ago? 10 15 20 years ago? How the hell did America survive for 260 years without the Tronald Dump? My God, can you imagine Humpty Dumpty being in charge of this country on the December 7th 1941? Or October 27th 1929? An immature child is president at those historic moments? The greatest generation is turning over in their graves. Along with the 700,000, who died in a previous generation, in order to keep this Democratic experiment a reality. Wealthy kids have no respect for the money willed to them by their Rich parents. Why? Because it was bequeathed, not earned.

    2. @40 Year Old Gamer The ADP report is a preview based upon only about 1/5 of the non-farm labor market. It is a preview, not a detailed report. The Labor department report is more comprehensive. But even your assertion is silly as ADP reports jobs were up 807,000 in December, a net increase of 506,000. But as that is not accurate and is based on limited data I see I’ll go with the Labor Department!

    1. @John Smith well as Fox News are just reporting…like nothing. Wonder how the outrage would have been at Tucker Carlson nest if HRC would have been caught in a phone call like this…. well well well

    2. @Divedown25 Who cares? They’re both equivalents. But I do know saying whataboutisms about Fox does to help CNN’s case at all.

  8. She`s wonderful. In my book she`s a TRUE public servant. She doesn`t care about money or power. All she wants to do is to seek the truth and she has been doing her utmost to do so. Respect, Maàm!!! Thanks!!!!

    1. @John Rand lol. CNN isn’t failing, Iunno why that’s a maga moron talking point. Also, this is straight from the mouth of the prosecutor. How is that “fake news”? You need to stop watching fox “news”.

    2. @John Rand you can parrot that _one_ talking point, can you break down what your problems really ARE with anything they said here? I’ll read what you write, _I’m_ not here to fight with you, but I need to know what your point honestly IS

    3. @David Johnson unfortunately, a lot of people like this reject literally ANYTHING that doesn’t back up their narrative! which sometimes means rejecting even _Fox_ … and, boy, however awful you _think_ OAN and Newsmax are, I PROMISE they’re worse.

_that’s_ what’s scary… Trump in and of himself is really pathetic and absolutely terrible at making me think he understands how to weaponize the darker impulses of the conservative base, what’s scary is how WELL propaganda WORKS, and we should all remember that a lot of powerful people are incredibly smart and GOOD at manipulation! they didn’t fail upwards with privilege and brute force (ask anyone who went to school with Trump; he’s always been nothing more than an incurious bully. he was not EVER genuinely popular with a lot of genuine friends.) a lot of these people are good at obtaining power, and power begets power, so even without the majority of the public behind them, the Federalist Society is going to dominate the SCOTUS – and all the implications that come with it – for a _generation_ .

  9. I wish she could be our AG! She doesn’t get scared when it’s said that she’s being political. She not bothered one bit by THE ORANGE SWAMP THING saying she’s political. She doesn’t cower in a corner and quit doing what she believes in!

    1. It’s taken her a year to get this far, which isn’t very far, considering we have a phone call of the “defendant” committing the crime in real time. She isn’t much better than Garland. Why not install the Grand Jury NOW? Why May? Why will subpoenas not going to be “flowing” until later this summer?

    2. I get the feeling that Merrick Garland is still working hard to get this stuff done right. Here we have a case of a twice impeached former president who was enabled by a GOP that wouldn’t call him out for any of his nonsense. The GOP really has created a mess because they fueled the false electors conspiracy from 7 separate states; then there’s involvement from sitting Congress members and other civilians in a seditious plot.

The AG has to tie all this things together because a lot of people need to go to jail. His case has to be so airtight that they can’t accuse him of mere partisan witch-hunting. Fortunately for him, these idiots were about as subtle as Trump himself; they’ve been caught dead to rights appending their signatures to shady documents, and let’s not forget Trump’s perfect phone call.

I think Merrick Garland is right where he needs to be

  10. This is happening way too slowly…….get your act together. Anyone looking from outside can see that Trump has broken laws in Georgia. Bring charges ASAP!

  11. I respect people like Willis. People who make sure to uphold justice to those responsible and do this because it’s the right thing to do are the people I would listen to and respect.

  12. Incredibly super strong woman.
I can’t imagine the death threat to her and her family.
    Praying for her🙏🙏

    1. You’re right Ms. Princess Royal. It’s a shame that the cost of freedom is so expensive! It appears that only the Ultra wealthy can afford it. They don’t even have to abide by the law of the land!! Which means that the will of the people, is merely a fantasy! Frightening reality, huh?! OMG.

    2. @Purple Buttafly  Spot-on👍You’re 💯% correct. There’s no such things as ” no one is above the law” in America. It’s a myth and a sham. We’ve seen it over and over again the wealthy, powerful, influential, and the politicians are above the law.

This is why I feel the law in the United United United is designed to oppress the poor and middle-class, using them as a scapegoat to pretend to the rest of the world that country stands for law and order. I’m sorry, the Trump era uncovered so many frightening things about this country, and all i wanted is a way out of here.

    3. yup she will be subjected to non stop GQP thuggery. they will find her family and threaten them. every dirt trick and smear will be put forth by the right wing white hate machine.

  13. As a country, we need to start holding any politician accountable with real jail time when crimes are committed. If we can’t do that, this democracy is dead.

    1. @Ves†a_J damn, still about Hilary? Some people are just so influenceable and will whatever they are told.It was all a scam to diminish her for the elections. Just like the ”rigged elections”, all smoke show while they are stealing it, insane.

    2. How can we ask servicemen and women go to other countries to fight for their democracy, when we are loosing it here!!!

    3. IQ45 has turned America into a third world country by casting doubt on election integrity and moving to overturn the results just like a typical tinpot dictator

    4. been dead you just noticed. its a stage set just a veneer fool the suckers . keeps them coming back for more.

  14. ”She walked in the door fearless ” That’s exactly the person for this tough job…. You go Ms Willis , We [ the country ] need you

    1. @Shlep Messing??? “silence makes even fools seem wise”
WTF is ur point? I am not a fan of Biden/Harris per say, but, huh?

  15. I love hearing Ms Willis speak on this subject. She’s so strong, forthright, intelligent and aware of what she can and can’t say, without pussyfooting around the issues. You must be very proud to have someone of her calibre, leading this investigation.
