NBC News reports two sources saying the criminal investigation of Rudy Giuliani is “very active” by prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. The report adds SDNY prosecutors are trying to obtain Giuliani’s electronic communications. It comes as Giuliani leads what critics call a “clown show” trying to overturn the election. New York University law professor Melissa Murray and former SDNY federal prosecutor Berit Berger discuss the developing investigation.
