    1. @JR Porter are you trying to say I require someone asking me for my opinion on order to speak? Libertarians have a general philosophy of MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. Anyone trying to restrict a woman’s right to terminate a pregnancy is not a libertarian. It’s really frustrating to me, someone who is a registered libertarian who actually votes libertarian to see you and all your magats bastardize the libertarian platform just because you’ve got a branding problem. You’re a man without a country, not a libertarian.

And I’m not sure what you think you’re proving by attempting to ridicule me about thinking I’ve got it all figured out. You just sound triggered. Get it together.

  1. We the ppl need all the answers about trumps actions and we need him and his co conspirators held accountable too. That blonde woman is totally wrong. We will have no faith left in govt if this isn’t all aired out and taken care of legally.

    1. @Daniel Hensley Uh-huh. That’s means you’re a believer of premillenial eschatology as opposed to the post and amillennial beliefs. The signs aren’t even close BUT are ALWAYS close. It will NEVER NOT BE “the end times”
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”–Matt 24:36

    1. Agree, as a matter of fact I am happy that Sen. McConnell block his appointment (I know AG Garland disagrees with me) to the SCOTUS years ago. His patient and methodical ways to run the office are exactly what we needed.

  2. “Two ways it can end: Trump indicted or Garland resigns.”

The justification of a search & seizure does not depend on the outcome. It depends on whether or not the legal standard of Probable Cause has been met (of there being evidence of a crime that has been committed). He doesn’t have to be indicted to justify the means for the search and seizure, but based on the several boxes of top secret and classified documents recovered, it would be inconsistent for them not to follow through with an indictment.

    1. @ScarlettJoe Handsome good thing he had big moving Van’s, I guess. There are other things not belonging to fat-sticky-fingers that are missing from the White House.

  3. We are going to eventually discover that he has already traded the contents of those classified documents for his own personal and financial gain. Wait for it.

    1. @WE THE PEOPLE 🙌 I’m not the one that has been grifted the last 6 years. He’s got all y’all so far down a rabbit hole, that if you make it to your death beds, your last words are gonna “trrrrruuuummmmp”🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. Sorry, Scott, but Garland won’t be resigning. There wouldn’t have been a search warrant issued if there was a chance they’d come away with nothing.

    1. @doof goobins plus, the whole “he can wave a wand over it and call it declassified” line is hilarious. Is it also true for all of the planted documents, too? How about all the zero documents he said he still had there? Can you declassify a nothing that magically becomes a something? Did an elf put them there?

    2. @Jamie Lynn Hughes im more interested in the FBI encounter from June when they were supposedly in cooperation with the Archivist processes but somehow “now” its national security imperatives because someone blew a whistle? Usually whistle-blowers are in favor of public disclosure… considering the Secret Service was already stationed at Mar A Lago, claiming a “rat” is involved shows the incompetence of Secret Service agents or worse… they’re complicit 😳🤯

  5. The good thing about this is we will know exactly who to blame and hold accountable for the violence if it manifests.
    GOP and *rump!

    1. @Joe Blows WHAT “criminals in the government” do you refer to here, clueless? Name a name and a crime. Together. For the Mango Mussolini we have both.

    1. It is that type of commitment that’s kept threats from destroying this country and it’s people.

  6. i disagree with the woman on the left who said that Dems need to figure out now if Biden is running again ….or who they’d run instead. that just gives the GOP one clear target. The element of doubt is helpful here (as it is in China not being sure what we’d do if they attacked Taiwan).

    1. Yes. We need them to lead and do their job. We don’t need 3 year election cycles! Takes me a few hours to figure out gets is my vote.

  7. There is no possible reason for Garland to resign. He had every reason and probable cause to conduct the search. The US is either a country of rule of law or it is not.

    1. @EL RETIRADO Everyone will believe there’s politics in everything especially when someone gets appointed by the a president. Give it a rest, Garland is following the law and wants an iron clad case!

    2. @Jeanne Marie Ashman I havw no idea if Garland has an iron clad case.Where out of all my comments are you getting that from. My point is tgat A LOT of Democrats are asking the same thing and tgat is WHY IS GARLAND TREATING TRUMP LIKE HE IS SPECIAL? WHY HAS HE NOT HAULED TRUMP IN FOR QUESTIONING AND WHAT IS BEHIND GARLANDS SUSPICIOUS HANDLING OF TRUMP. Riddle me that.

    3. @MissElanyS Garland knows the truth which is not something he cares about anyway, but there isn’t any evidence because it never happened, so he has to be careful about how he proceeds.

  8. I don’t know why Merrick Garland would resign. It appears the classified materials they were seeking were actually there at Mar-a-lago, and repeated less forceful attempts to retrieve them didn’t work. The search seems completely justified and it was made necessary by lack of cooperation from Trump and/or his representatives.

    1. @Swamp T. I will never be in possession of classified material and will not be the subject of interest from the authorities. If you commit a crime you must expect to be investigated .

  9. As for me, an American citizen, I don’t feel this has anything to do with political party, but everything to do with honesty, honor & integrity…You don’t take what isn’t yours ..I don’t care if the president is a republican, democrat, independent…You don’t take government documents home with you. It’s called theft & that’s a crime..Anybody defending him is sicker than he is !! Shame on them ..

    1. That was a good sounding argument, . . .If the FBI and DOJ were not corrupt and biased and the media source was legitimate. . .

    2. @RapidR3D

To repeat, why should this one channel be any more accurate that any other?

Perhaps you would be wiser to read more news sources and get a broader understanding of the situation.

    3. @Swamp T. The problem with that argument is he’s the President not a nine to five bureaucrat at say the USDA.

    4. @Mimsy Borogove Because Trumps Lawyers and himself had been working cooperatively with the DOJ for the documents their archival system showed in his possession, and at the end of June the Trump team sent a message to the DOJ that there were no longer any classified documents in his possession but if they needed anything to let them know. . . the next thing that happened was the raid, a month and a half later. . .

  10. He’s right. The law needs to be followed thru to the fullest extent to conviction. Giving him a pass in any way is setting up future trumpsters to do even worse like overtake our government for good with authoritarian regime.

  11. People need to be held accountable for their actions. That man stole that information for a reason. To say let’s ignore it is beyond ridiculous.

    1. HOW ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON? SHOULD SHE BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER EMAILS CORRUPTION? OR BE PARDON FOR BEING EX PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON WIFE?

  12. Can republicans even admit WHAT he did was wrong. There’s a reaction behind his inaction after they requested the documents twice. He has broken the law!

  13. If Trump FOLLOWED THE LAW IN THE FIRST PLACE, with the fact that the documents are to be housed send monitored by the National Archives, as the documents Obama took are housed and monitored, then it would have been better. Trump not following rhe law and federal procedures led to this escalation of events

  14. Whenever the republican says “raid” the interviewer needs to respond with “executed a lawful search for evidence of a crime, which was obtained legally” and if (when) they counter with Hillary’s emails, they need to be reminded that trump was in office for four years and failed to “lock her up” so it’s just an inflammatory phrase

    1. You really think 32 or more Feds in tactical gear that break into a building knowing the owner is away, and then will not allow the owners lawyers to observe their search isn’t a raid? Really? Why? Gestapo tactics are ok as long as it’s a political nemesis, someone you hate, of has otherwise offended you somehow?

  15. “We are giving Trump too much oxygen, we need to stop talking about him and move on” She says… in a panel discussion about Trump on *CNN.*

  16. The other question that needs to be asked is how exactly did those documents end up in boxes that could so easily be carted out of the Oval Office. Someone had to have ordered those specific documents from the national archives. There’s got to be an audit trail that tells us exactly who requested them, why they were requested, when they were removed and who took them to the Oval Office in the first place. Top secret documents don’t just get accidentally forgotten about

    1. You’re right! I bet it was Ray or Garland who requested them and then requested that they be found at Mara Largo!!!!

  17. The fact that this man is doing all of this and everyone wants to be a “bigger” person and just ignore him when we know that doesn’t work. I can’t stand how these people and how they act as if all he does is perfectly fine because he has money and is favored by Republicans is stupid.

    1. @Jacob Yates I never said I agreed with that. They should keep her and you should grow up and know that one person doesn’t speak for everyone. Don’t be ignorant kid
