Its already here. China released the beast, yet so many people fail to see it was a deliberate biological attack. They are rightfully laughing at most the world. Lock downs don’t do a thing, proven fact. We were told long ago, it keeps mutating at an alarming rate. It has an unprecedented ability to do so that very few viruses have. It also behaves like airborne HIV. It likes to just… live in you. Like ol’ HIV, it perfectly copies our own cells and lies dormant, able to come back at any time. It takes too long to make a vaccine – its done mutated by the time it arrives. Still, the vaccine will be partially effective. Better than nothing.
Freak out, ignore it, inflate or hide the numbers. I’ve seen it all this year. And it doesn’t do anything to stop the virus. Just a bunch of fearmongering and false hope. When I’m being told by city coroners that people tested positive anytime in their lives dying counts as a covid death, it starts to make sense why my “red zone” of a country has nearly completely vacant and silent hospitals. Seriously, I went to get my monthly infusions. Everyone was whispering in a library voice.
We got the cold, and Covid is just another flu now, with optional vaccinations that may only be 50 percent effective. Like all seasonal flu, you treat symptoms, which we can do effectively. People can lock themselves down and quit work – its the same thing as a law doing it. Except the entire business dies. People fail to seem to understand, stimulus isn’t free money. Its a loan on taxes, essentially. And we are pulling right on around to tax time…. not long now until people freak out, gasping and running with firebombs through the cities streets.
I agree. We don’t need a new and improved version of covid-19.

Why are there international flights anyway?
@Deborah Freedman Which again is pretty much most countries that allow travel. The difference was between forced hotel quarantine and “at-home” quarantine. Also, airports, buses, malls don’t allow you to enter without a temp check and scanning the country’s COVID-19 contact tracing app on your smart phone.
Side note: If a person “parties” before or after they fly somewhere, they’re irresponsible and part of the reason this global lock-down has continued for as long as it has.
@habirton I’m in NZ and international arrivals,which are mainly Kiwis returning home,are paid for by our government .We have few exceptions on entering our country, like international sports teams,who have to pay for their own supervised quarantine and testing if they want to come..That’s the deal..

I live in the UK and I don’t understand why the UK hasn’t shut down all its travel already. It’s not more deadly but it transmits much more easily.
@Caroline Mcclain there is a lockdown / restrictions, basically there are different tiers of lockdown currently 1 to 4.
1 is the most relaxed pubs still open etc.
4 equates to a stay at home order at the moment. I’m in Surrey which is mostly tier 4 but I’m right near the border with West Sussex which is Tier 2. So if anyone from my area wanted to go for a meal all the restaurants are closed however u could drive 2 Miles and find them open as different area….so it doesn’t really make a lot of sense
40+ countries have already banned flights from the UK including Canada. The US should do it immediately. Cuomo should go further and ban all flights/travel.
It’s probably already in the USA and the rest of the world

I suspect his “ban” on China travel was more about trying to gain some leverage in his never ending “good and easy to win” trade war with them. His lack of other action and constant downplaying of the virus in the days/weeks/months after the “ban” show he did not care about our safety. He only cared about his reelection.
