kevin_marek, the American public school system is a reflection of what the American society wants. After all most of the curriculum is determined by a locally elected school board. The rest is determined by the State Board of Education. If Americans thought critical thinking was a major concern, then they would include it in the curriculum.
The single-mother welfare state is also complicit.
@Jack Clarke Wrong. In the two states where I’ve taught, teachers are responsible for creating their own curricula. We only have to adhere to state standards–now CCSS. What you have are a lot of teachers who think it’s their job to pass their liberal political views on to their students through readings or discussion.

All signatures were verified by two people, one Dem one Rep, and all votes were certified as legal by two people, one Dem one Rep. Voters were even called by phone where there were qqueries. Plus there were observers of both parties.
Do you want to go personally to check each and every signature? Is every Trumpeteer in America to go check those few signatures?
Fact is, the small number of signatures which may not have been identical would not materially affect the overall outcome.
