On February 16, 2017, the Government of Dominica held a town hall meeting in Trafalgar. There were addresses from Hon. Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Valley Constituency Dr. John Collin Mcintyre, Hon Minister for Tourism Senator Robert Tonge, Hon Parliamentary Representative for the Portsmouth Constituency Ian Douglas and Hon Minister for Foreign Affairs and Caricom Affairs Senator Francine Baron.
