    1. @Tony Thomas imagine a scenario where the prosecution took shortcuts which lead to the acquittal of this officer months down the road. Then the news breaks and there are more riots and burning and destruction.

    2. @Robert The Bruce image where you get arrested but weren’t guilty and you jad to stay in jail until their ” investigation ” was completed… That is the way it is and has been where black live. There are many black men in jail today waiting for the evidence to clear them…check your source bra… ONE LAW…ONE RULE FOR EVERYONE…BTW…I am an ex Cook County Sheriff I’ve saw stuff done by officers which they knew was wrong…some of it I reported and I ended up getting crappy assignments…

    3. @Robert The Bruce and the cop should wait behind bars while the investigation takes place. That’s what happens to other suspected murderers.

    4. @Tony Thomas I’m just a civilian. You obviously have an ocean more actual experience then I. Being a trump supporter I am very Pro law enforcement. Nobody wins when neighborhoods burn. You being a sheriff and the knowledge and experience that goes with that I will concede that your point is well taken and that you love your country and your community. The only difference between you and I is how we vote

  1. The gov took responsibility for the arrest of cnn . No responsibility for the murder by his law enforcement?🤔

    1. @howdareyou41 that reporter, probably educated at the Howard school of journalism, yes the we be reporting graduates.

    2. How many looters were arrested ??? So,,, what we are seeing is more people interested in getting a new TV than justice, of ANY KIND !!!!

  2. Maybe the governor, mayor, police chief should have done this in the beginning, teach your officers to respect “everyone” end police brutality!

  3. If he wants to do something — arrest all four of them. They’re complicit. They saw what their “brother” was doing and didn’t stop him. Dude is asking for too much and not giving anything in return. Typical.

    1. @A D Why would you take and destroy the businesses, jobs, and property of your neighbors to send a message to the police and government? A black man talked to the news about how all of his hard work was destroyed in the riots. His dreams were set on fire. Is that how you send a message that you’ve had enough?

    1. That’s what blacks call “working”” lol..never saw them at the open up protests. Lol

  4. “Whoever desires to found a state and give it laws, must start with assuming that all men are bad and ever ready to display their vicious nature, whenever they may find occasion for it.”-Niccolo Machiavelli

  5. @MSNBC, Yes! Please mute the outro like you did here or remove it altogether!
    Sincerely,
Everyone that knows how to use YouTube.

  6. Police has to take responsibility but that violence what they face every day and they scared too .

    1. They are not scared.. thats what they tell you so that they can behave in anyway they feel… They get free food. Discounts on thousands of items. They have backup within minutes of a call. They have batons, tasers, mase, handcuffs, and guns.. they have the backing of the citizens, the government, and the judicial system.. THEY ARE NOT AFRAID………… WE ARE

  7. If it was the first time, this guy’s speech would be great. But since its not, it sounds like hallow promises.

    1. The other 3 cops need to be arrested – especially the asian cop who was standing two feet away. Then the protests can stop.

  8. I wonder does the governor know white Supremacist were mixed into the protestors to intentionally cause trouble to get legit protesters killed?
