    1. @Gladys Aidoo Why do people like you always think they are in charge of other people and their right to make choices which, according to the law, are LEGAL?

    2. I live in North Canton. This stay at home order has destroyed our bill of rights and will destroy the economy. We can’t keep printing money. No one is asking our overlords why herd immunity is not even on the table while flu deaths in worst yrs are close the the newest models. Models thwt have been wrong the entire time. Can anyone tell me why cops aren’t wearing mask during traffic stops or when arresting ppl for exercising their constitutional rights?
There’s more to this shutdown than our so called safety.

    3. How did we get here? Americans’ response to coronavirus in March (BILL GATES) El MATADOR it works democrats are lying to you they lost impeachment and ran out of {BULLETS) N.Y. doctor’s success treating COVID-19 patients reaches the White House https://youtu.be/24ejrH7ROds

  1. Governor takes decision to put lives ahead of profit and, ultimately, they will be among the first to be able to reopen for business.
Well done Mike DeWine, for having the sense to manage this rather than let it strike and blame others.

    1. @Plumbmaster … especially if he joins up with the joker, the penguin, Bigfoot, and George Soros…

  2. Chris is looking better tonight…God Bless him …Prayers for him and his family. His brother Andrew…super Governor status. Great family.

    1. @Elizabeth Newcity you and Dennis should marry and then ,hand in hand, you can accuse people have them banned, arrested. 🦇💩🚽👻

    2. @Happy Raccoon The ignorance of your response says everything that I didn’t.
      Have a great day!

    3. @Elizabeth Newcity screech owls. Hysteria. Accuse thy neighbor. Point. Self rightous hypocrites. And Lemon Sucks

    4. @Elizabeth Newcity Ciao baby, don’t let that Corona get you down. Call a cop he’ll lift you up and arrest anyone you find offensive

  3. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to live in Ohio right now. He and Dr. Acton have had a phenomenal response to this pandemic.

    1. array s you act like all Democrats are amazing people and have no faults… bad attitude to have. Unintelligent people make generalizations.

    2. Robert Miller , that’s good, but more than financial, we should be concerned with how much more control they are taking in the name of safety

    3. @Plumbmaster I agree with you the events after 9/11 prove how correct your statement is but if we just keep going on like nothing is happening this thing is going to kill a lot of people. People need to get out of this mindset of i am healthy it wont hurt me maybe thats true but it damn sure might kill people you know family and friends i for one am willing to give up some freedom to save my family members and if they try to make it permanent we always have that 2nd amendment.

  4. 1st John Kasich and then DeWine, the republican party in Ohio is living in another country!!! in a very positive way

  5. I grieve for Americans and New York, especially appreciate the role of mayors and governors in giving direction to a confused citizens.

    1. simon postle Listening to science that human life begins at conception. Believing scientists like that?

    2. He turns his though away from female rape victims, especially when the rapists are wearing badges.

  6. As a strong Democrat blue-collar worker who lives in Ohio (Tuscarawas County) as a truck driver……i tip my truckers-hat to you for having the balls and intelligence to do the smart and right thing during this ungodly dangerous time! *Thank YOU* for putting politics aside and looking out for *ALL* of us hard-working Ohioans and our much loved families! =)

    2. Well said. I’m a Democrat also but I give credit where it’s due. I think he’s doing a good job. Stay safe!

  7. Ohio Governor! I salute you all the way from the UK! Herd immunity is despicable…early steps is commendable. God bless you

    1. Đặng Văn Tuấn For some people, a side effect of hydroxychloroquine is heart stoppage. You cannot just give a potentially dangerous drug without considering other effects. There are some people that reacted well after the hydroxychloroquine, there are some that had no benefit at all. Doctors do not want to risk lives unless absolutely necessary, who can blame them. Also, supply of the drug is limited. Your numbers are misstated and misinterpreted in your comment, they do not make a cogent argument in support of use. Perhaps if we did not require doctors to carry malpractice insurance against being sued (by having universal health coverage, for example), they would be more open to letting patients risk their own lives by being guinea pigs.

    2. Western Republican? Ohio is in the east. Dewine is a true Republican, like the party was before the moral majority and tea-party types ruined it.

    3. @Đặng Văn Tuấn The low death rates in the west are due to our early quarantine efforts, not a dubious treatment. Those with heart or liver disease cannot be treated with chloroquine, because it will kill them. People with G6PD, who are given chloroquine experience hypoxia due to loss of RBCs, and die. It is not a wonder drug, or a universal cure. Stop acting like it is.

  8. I was at Arnold Battle of Columbus last year and believe me… Mr. DeWine made the best decision to cancel that event. I didn’t vote for him, but in difficult times you see what leaders are made of, and Mr. DeWine is made of the great stuff. Take care Chris!

    1. He’s really not my kind of leader. I felt he could have made sounder decisions. I don’t know that he is calm and rational under extreme stress. It kind of reminds me of the experiment where you as a kid if they want one cookie now or two in the future, and most choose immediate gratification, only in this case we are choosing whether we want immediate relief from pain now in exchange for double pain over the long term. His decisions were consistent in choosing immediate relief from any near term pain, no matter what the cost is in the long term. I think we will look back and wish we had been willing to risk at least a little bit of near term pain. Time will tell.

    2. @ARenTube God bless you are a deep thinker.I will take lessons from this.as i open my mouth to soon.lol

  9. Sad when we’re excited about someone doing the right thing. We are so profoundly abused by this president that it has come to this.

  10. I’m so proud of Governor DeWine and proud to be an Ohioan. Gov DeWine and Dr. Acton were always honest about what they knew. That is true leadership even if it’s not great news. Bless you Chris 🙏 for this sacrifice you continue to demonstrate by doing this show and showing the world the truth about this disease. 🌎 I pray you are improving every day.

  11. I’m a Buckeye. Thank you and your advisers, Gov. Dewine, for truly caring and for effective leadership. Putting lives over profits is the moral and humane high road and you have displayed it.
