I would think that the emergencies act should only be implemented when *( All )* available options to resolve a situation have been exhausted. One option that the government has not done yet is to *( Talk )* with the protesters. Trudeau will talk with *( BLM )* , yet he won’t engage discussion with the protesters. Whatever happened to talking to one another. Trudeau could have saved millions of dollars by just engaging in conversation…🤔…
