Unfortunately the Constitution says that the electorate in a state can ignore the popular vote. So Trump could convince the electorates in swing states with mostly republican electors to ignore if the people of the state votes blue in majority, and cast their electorate vote for Trump. E.g. they are allowed to ignore the ballots completely. It has happened once, about 150 ago. And the SCOTUS has accepted it as a constitutional.
However…still vote, vote, vote.
Wake up McMaster. You defend your role in this administration. Have you forgotten the bounties Russia put on the heads of our military personnel? Cindy McCain and 500 former national security officials show the courage and resolve it takes to defend our country by not remaining silent.

No, we must request the mail-in ballot in writing so the signature from the request can be later matched with the signature on the ballot.
