    1. Ken Noble I don’t have children so not really my concern but I do have the capacity to feel empathy for the children and their parents. But your comment about who’s dying makes me wonder if you have the same capacity. Or is it your willing to stretch your values so thin to fit your political narrative.
      It doesn’t really matter the age of who’s dying if we’re talking strictly in clinical terms. People of any age can be carriers. There’s a maternity ward that just reported 20 infants tested positive.
      Nobody knows what they might have to deal with down the road.
      So like I said I don’t have children but if I did they sure as hell wouldn’t be going to school now. One dead child is just not worth it.

This virus has mutated it’s called the D614 Gene Mutation 🧬 This mutation is more contagious and will attach to the throat cells rather than the lungs. It’s protein spike has changed shape which means that any vaccinations made to combat Covid19 WILL NOT be effective for this new strain. It takes 3 days for a person to reinfect and show a positive result, so clearance tests for this strain are only valid for 3 days. It’s not yet known if this mutation will kill its host as Covid-19 often does. Longer term studies are needed. Basically, that means that we’ll wait and see how many people this mutation kills. Don’t believe any information about vaccines. They’ve had to start all over again and are now trying to anticipate how this virus will mutate moving forward.

      Please note that the seasonal flus that we get each year are mutations of the Spanish Flu, 100 years ago. In Queensland, Australia where I live we’ve had 6 deaths from people overseas returning home with the virus. We’ve had ZERO community transmission cases because we followed our Labor (Decocratic) State Leader’s advice instead of our Liberal (Republican) PM’s advice to open our borders.     1. diane frady actually most of the cases came from Europe. Back in March, covid 19 was exploding in Europe while America had few cases. Trump imposed a travel ban. Many Americans rushed back from Europe and that they didn’t get screened. Then they went back to their states and started spreading the virus and that’s how it took off in America

    5. @Logic B4Religion you’re right about the travel restrictions being irrelevant, you’re just wrong about why. We know now from the WHO and CDC investigations that China lied about the date they put the travel ban on their country and it is estimated as many as 5 million people left China and estimated as many has 1 million of them were infected with the virus. So we know now it’s been here since probably October of last year. That’s why the travel restrictions didn’t do that much good anywhere except at places that could easily isolate themselves. Trump did try to get extra funds on February 24th to help supplement the CDC and NIH and FDA to combat the virus. Pelosi refused to put it on the floor to be voted on that week. The only thing she allowed to be voted on that week was the ban on flavored tobacco. It was a week later before she allowed the vote for the supplemental funds. Trump was taking the virus serious when nobody else was. How many remember Trump mentioning the virus in the State of the Union Address February 5th? I bet not many. I bet every one of you remember Nancy Pelosi tearing up that speech. Show me where federa,l state, or local government has the authority to make a legal healthy person close their business and to be able to do it without due process. So as usual with someone suffering from TDS like you are always low-information voters and have the comprehension skills of a cricket.

People are registering to get tested, but don’t get tested, get notified that they test positive.. Nurses and doctors are testing unused swabs, coming back positive… Even if they issued a stay home in January, And people were wearing masks, you would still have it today.. June 30th , July 1st , July 2nd .. Supposedly the numbers rose very high, but that was also around the time when Trump announced his firework show at Mount Rushmore..     4. @dana williams Well here in the UK we are seeing people that also have died from heart attacks or cancer also being recorded as a covid death .. also hospitals are empty in fact the covid hospital had three people in and the tests also will give a positive reading if it is just a cold symptom too..also there are cases wher all tsts came out positive so they took two un swabbled and tested the un used tests and they came back positive. i am not saying I don’t blive the covid thing but I do know the figures and info is not right and vry questionable. Hope they get all the help and support they need to get wherever they need to be in life (education, socializing, jobs), this could possibly be the worst case situation a family finds themselves in after COVID-19. At least in war you’re (usually) left with one parent, this is so devestating.
