Political figureheads and voting are really just like any spectator sport, exciting when your team/player wins but it accomplishes little in life in the grander scheme. honestly, it’s supposed to be cathartic to watch these kinds of matches and cheer for the wrestler representing “your” side and jeering at the other wrestler, you get your aggression out in a healthy, safe way instead of actual fighting with people later……..and now even attempts at catharsis end up with people getting angry and violent.
