@real living Masks do provide an effective filter against any pathogen. It is the wrong application of it, like touching a used mask, that give you bacteria.

Unless you are wearing a full protection gown like an astronaut, there will be chances. But masks will ‘greatly’ reduce the chances of catching the virus. If non-medicals are useless in your work environment, then get the N95s.
