  1. What about the National Archives responsibility? I mean they keep records of Top Secret documents. Why are they not checking in with the person who still has documents and find out why they still have them and when will they be returned.

    1. Why did a Vice President have classified documents? Joe left the Vice President position in 2017, so why did it take this long to find these classified documents? Why did China give the Biden Penn think tank $54 million? Why was Mar a Lago raided?

    2. apparently they are so understaffed they are still trying to deal with documents from the 70’s. If every single president has top secret documents in their home then there is a very big issue that needs to be dealt with. However, it does give fodder to Trump when he said “every president does this” (I chalked it up to deflecting the blame). I feel trump did a lot of things other presidents did, the problem he did it so brazenly it is hard to ignore.

    3. @Some Guy Gonna cry and try to defend these facts snowflakes❄️❄️❄️😘😂. If Biden needed over 25,000 troops to guard him from the people on Inauguration Day, then it’s clear that he wasn’t elected by the people😘😜😉😂😎

    1. She was not calling the documents political doo-doo she said “all the gamesmanship, gotcha politics and investigative doo-doo shows.” I totally agree with that. I’m sick of politicians spending all their time on that kind of “doo-doo” and not governing!

  2. For certain, these politicians are defining a new standard for how our thousands of top secret cleared personnel need to behave.

    1. It’s billions of documents held by an underfunded institution and guess who keeps underfunding institutions like the IRS yes your right republicans and guess where that funding goes right again to the richest of the rich in the form of tax breaks that none of the rich need or earned just so republicans can get their dark money and power

    2. @Elvis Pressley . Both Presidents knew what they did and I wish Americans would quit being tribal about politics.

  3. Why are these classified documents not checked out like library books? Who knows what other classified documents are out there. Things like this should not happen. It’s poor safety system. They need to fix that.

    1. @regan dunn so what do you consider trying to hand the vice president and overthrow the govt ? It’s a that a peaceful rally ?

    2. @Flokech Misc. I’m pretty sure we can all agree that we need a better method of recording and tracking new classified docs. The govt seems to do a half decent job of controlling the docs after they are turned in. The problem is getting them turned in, to NARA. To much leeway is given to govt officials when it comes to turning them in when finished, or even reporting the documents creation.

    3. @Flokech Misc. Gonna cry and try to defend these facts snowflakes❄️❄️❄️😘😂. If Biden needed over 25,000 troops to guard him from the people on Inauguration Day, then it’s clear that he wasn’t elected by the people😘😜😉😂😎

    1. What about all the EX-members of Congress? Reality matters. The resources probably don’t exist to implement your unrealistic suggestion. Get real. The polar ice caps are melting 4X faster than predicted. Do you really think our resources should be spent to “search all the members [and ex-members] of Congress” too?

    3. @ck1986 They were American troops defending freedom and rule of law just like Omaha Beach, Gettysburg and Bastogne. Every Generation throws up someone who only believes in elections when they win, and fools who follow them. Know your history fool, and get on the right side of it.

  4. @ 6:05: This guy has not even mentioned that Trump had his docs requested back and DENIED the request for over a year. Nobody heard about it till the DOJ got involved and had to serve a warrant for them. NO special counsel was put together till months after the so called raid. On the Biden end, DOJ jumped right on the Special Counsel in 45 days after the incident, which was not known by Biden till he had his lawyers conduct a search for them ( and found some at his home that he was unaware of ). The fact one person took them, claimed they were his and lied several times over of why he had them vs. the person who had about 10 found in a locked closet in an office that was not used in YEARS is a total night and day difference. Repubs do not want to admit this.

    1. You forgot to mention that he also had them in his garage and why did he have his lawyers look for them if he didn’t know they were there, he had them for 6 years at least so we are just supposed to take his word that he didn’t know he had them .

    2. @Bo Bice That’s not what happened what are you talking about? The lawyer was there to clean out the office space, for someone else to occupy the space. Did you just make that up or did someone else tell you that?

    3. @queen samara why would he or anyone else get their lawyers to clean out their office space, that is what moving companies are for..And maybe you have been in a cave or something because they also found some in his garage next to his corvette and two other places.

    4. @Bo Bice Sir I know that, I was correcting the lie you told. His lawyers were cleaning out the office space. Now if you don’t like it that’s a personal problem. Ask yourself how can a person look for documents if they didn’t even know they were there? You have to utilize BASIC CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS & COMMON SENSE.

  5. I feel we need candidates that are actually picked by the people, and not the corrupted governments of current and past.

    1. Things like the DNC blocking efforts to take the dark money out of Democratic primaries while also increasing the number of super delegates guarantee that the opposite of your suggestion is what the Democratic Party has to offer.

  6. The wisest thing that should be on everyone’s mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn’t depend on the govt. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, Silver and digital currencies (BTC,ETH…

    1. Personally as a first time investor, I started trading with $1,000 now my portfolio is worth $5,400 within the space
of few weeks trading with him.

    2. I still remember the first week I got in touch with Andrew David, His strategies was so easy to adopt but I made 2btc directly to my bitcoin wallet.

    3. This is the kind of info we don’t get from mos! YouTube channels. I’m definitely bouncing on this right away….. I’m really impressed

  7. How did the national archive know they were missing documents right away in trumps case and went after him for it but did not go after Biden years ago when they knew they were missing documents. Double standards and two tiered justice system.

    1. Did you forget Trumps prior employee, was the informant? Trump was aware that he was asked to return the documents. It took 6 months of ignoring the proper authorities. Then another 6 months after the subpoena, then a federal judge signed off on the F.B.I raid. Then even after that there were still more documents. Trumps lawyers signed a statement confessing there’s no more documents in Trumps possession. Which was a lie. The crime isn’t about them having the documents it’s about lying to the F.B.I and obstruction.

  8. For context, roughly 25% of our total national debt incurred over the last 230 years actually occurred during the 4 years of the Trump administration. That’s right. 25% of our entire national debt, all during the Trump years.

  9. I love it when Cons say the words “No one’s above the law, right?” They don’t say this about 45, who has not yet been charged with what Fidel Castro did in Cuba, but feel stronger about law for POTUS Joe (who turned the doc’s over to Archives and cooperating with the investigation POTUS Joe called for). Cons are real pieces of work.

  10. Don Lemon is smart enough to know a hoodie isn’t worn with a sport coat in a polite society. Men’s fashion really has hit a new low.

  11. The number of documents involved is irrelevant. One document miss handled is the limit.
The differences are the important part.
One party knew that had documents. The other didn’t
One tried to negotiate with NARA to “exchange” one set for a different set. The other didn’t
One lied to NARA saying everything was returned. The other didn’t.
One claimed a) they were planted b) they weren’t classified c) were personal property. The other didn’t.
One tried to withhold security footage showing document movement prior to scheduled Government visit. The other didn’t have to hide anything because:
One found documents and immediately contacted NARA to come get them. The other didn’t.
One instituted additional searches without being prompted. The other didn’t.
One is fully cooperating with the investigation. The other isn’t.
One assigned a special investigator placed in office by the other guy while the other guy is claiming foul.
Cooperating and admission of error helps the case for one. The other insists on denial and obstruction.
There is a BIG difference between the two.

  12. Well I know we’re all human and we misplace things but this situation is just the whole other level🤔
