Heilemann: I Want To Be Optimistic But ‘It Is Going To Be Really Hard For Biden’ | Deadline | MSNBC

  1. Odd how republicans have always claimed to be the “real patriots” yet here they are in outright hatred for our democracy.

  2. *Stop lumping **#JoeBiden** with **#BarakObama** together. Both men will lead with different styles as POTUS and **#RealPresidents** and **#CommanderInChiefs**, unlike the **#FakePresident** and **#DisasterInChief** in between their adminstrations.*

    1. @The Truth Is Out 777
How’s the trolling going ? A one week account & you can’t find more than two comments to constantly repeat ?
Oh by the way, it’s rude to shout

  3. Ever heard Republicans “hem & haw” about how they need to reach out to Democrats the way Democrats “hem & haw” about how they need to reach out to Republicans? Me neither.

    1. @Michael Wuj You guy’s crack me up with your whole Commie schtick. I wonder if you realize just how silly you sound parroting all the other Trump dimwits.

    1. Democrat’s control all 3 branches we can get things done instead of sitting on McConnell’s desk collecting dust & cob webs

    2. The republicans have already cheated in that race they have purged over 200thousand democrats off the roles already before the run off election.

  4. The Republicans and the GOP must have lost their minds!
If you thought Mitch and co were obstructive and nay-sayers with Obama
look out for the next 4 years

  5. The republican “Lucy” has pulled the ball on democratic “Charlie Brown” enough times to know how this is gonna go.

  6. You want to be optimistic we the people need to remove this currupted trump administration out we DEMAND JUSTICE this America needs to get rid of these criminals crooks in office that are trying to throw our DEMOCRACY

    1. If you don’t, you’ll lose all credibility as a nation. You’ve obviously lost a lot during his “presidency” and as a onlooker I know that the American people deserve better. You deserve a proper education and not getting a proper education is the main reason Trump became president.

Good luck.. you all have a lot of work ahead of you.

    1. @Stewart MacLean
I love it how you guys cant’ decide whether Biden is too tough on crime or not enough. Apparently both give you excuses to hate.

    2. @William H Kind of funny how most of Trump’s term the Republicans have been the ones charged with the most crimes. Then Trump hires the best people and then they either resign or get fired. He says now Barr is corrupt. Yep, another Republican.

    1. No one was speaking for you, they were stating their opinion of you. An opinion that is widely, & sadly justifiably, held by a tremendous number of Americans who are appalled by the absolute betrayal of our long held American values. If you don’t want to be viewed that way by mainstream society, you might want to affiliate with a less autocratic & more constitutional democracy leaning organization. Something far more centrist-conservative in it’s political views. The GOP truly has moved so far right that they are embracing fascism.

    1. @Pontiac Soviro – Man, the Russians are not giving up on this one, even though Putin gave McConnell permission to recognize Joe Biden as President-Elect.

    1. @SMS
The thing about “unity” is that each party has to agree to come to the table. The point MrPhilbert was making is that the current GOP first needs to find it within themselves to break away from their image of what they believe donny trump is. Once they realize what donny is NOT, the building of “unity” can finally begin.

    2. @Michael Wuj
Oh, wujy, you so silly! “Is that true?”
For you to question the validity of your own statement says a LOT about how you envision yourself …and it doesn’t look good.

  7. There are trump supporters who hate “Obama care”. But they want to keep the ACA.
    Synonyms can be very challenging.

    1. That’s a really good point. And it holds true across a number of policy areas. Unfortunately one party is better at campaigning and winning elections and one party is better at actual governance.

  8. The reason Biden won was because his name wasn’t spelled TRUMP. And that is totally fine with me by the way…

    1. @immortal scurds “whats all the fuss about?”
That’s a very good question. Trump lies about fraud, and millions of people are apparently stupid enough actually believe him. People are talking about civil war against a fantasy constructed by alt-right media..

Inmates are now running the asylum!
Dems taking the Senate, Jan 5, 2021 they will be fine.
    (Presidency, Senate and House)

    1. …otherwise he can do what Trump did. Do everything by executive order and appoint a bunch of “acting” members to his cabinet. Fair is fair.
