  1. Trump playing golf like nothing happened does not say anything about it but the deranged loser still lying about his loss ..

    1. @T. R. Campbell Ha! 😃 How much does ANY ex-president/first lady or ex-vice president/second lady charge their Secret Service contingent? There’s a lot of them! Do you know?
      Peace! 🙂

    2. @Mrreciprocat Well it does make a big difference. During the Obama era he was observed by the media, he was interviewed by the media while playing golf. I recall at least one time he was interviewed in a golf cart. Obama played golf during the middle of the week when he was president of the United States. We thought nothing of it. Indeed many of us supported recreation for Obama because he was bearing such a heavy load by having a laser focus on jobs. The media supported Obama playing golf in the middle of the week while he was supposed to be at the White House, in the oval office managing the affairs of the country.
Trump plays golf on weekends, recreation at his own place and many have their panties in a bunch. He might very well charge for Secret Service and other government officials to stay at his luxury resorts. Joe Biden charges the Secret Service $2200 a month to stay in the cottage at his compound. We didn’t think anything wrong about that.
I think a lot of this stems from the hate bitterness and rage many have against Trump. Well some of you hold Biden to the same standards that you’re holding Trump. Will have to wait-and-see.
I’d love to talk to you more but I am heading to the airport where my plane has been waiting for me for days. I’m going to try to fly home now that the weather down south is beginning to clear. I hope to make it at least two the Atlanta area well I still have daylight.

    3. @T. R. Campbell wtf? 😃
      a. And you still have not explained what difference it makes as to whether a person golfs on the weekends or WHERE he golfs at all. I don’t care if someone golf’s every Wednesday and Thursday in the middle of a lake…as long as they get their job done on the other days and don’t make tax payers pay more than is necessary. can you explain to me what difference the day of the week makes? Can you explain why the “billionaire” needs to direct more taxpayer cash towards himself when he is allegedly not in this for the money?
      b. I think you are confusing something here:
      c. “We thought nothing of it.” Now, actually my understanding of the situation is that Republican politicians and Fox News EXTENSIVELY derided Pres. Obama for his golfing habits. Have you not seen the videos of this old coverage/criticisms?
      …and…
      d. A politician of note who was LOUDEST was apparently Pres. Chump himself…claiming that President Obama spent too much time golfing.
      e. Chump would later famously say before getting elected that he would “not have time to golf”…he’d be “too busy working for you.”
      …so…
      f. …this is the backdrop for the analysis of Pres. Chump’s playing habits: …i.e. the, as usual, hypocrisy of him having MORE golf excursions than President Obama ever did.
      g. Here’s the problem about the money. Pres. Chump has his surrogates in conservative media restate that he donates his presidential salary, but yet it seems that he OVERcharges the American taxpayer for HIS use of HIS facilities!
      h. There is no reason for anyone to think anything of Joe charging the same rate and amount as every other ex-president or vice president or first/second lady. Do you have ANY evidence that Joe is overcharging the secret service like Chump does to them and to the other government entities and the military for staying at his locations?
      i. I think your bitterness at left wing criticism of Chump stems from the knowledge that Chump has embarrassed you at getting caught, once again, lying and being a hypocrite. But facts don’t care about your feelings.
      j. Lastly….SO WHAT KIND OF PLANE DO YOU HAVE? I am student pilot myself and am fascinated by such things. I don’t know if I will do flying professionally after I graduate college, but it IS a whole lot of fun. 🙂
      Peace! 🙂

  2. Helicopters have a glide ratio of about two degrees better than a brick.
You will never see me in one of those eggbeaters.

    1. Ha! 😃 Actually helicopters do dead stick landings (emergency no engine power autorotation landings) all the time. There’s videos of successful ones on here on yt.
That said, I headed out to Iraq with a helicopter engineer who said the same…that he won’t fly in one because of what he knows of the mechanics, aerodynamics and statistics behind them.
      I’m ambivalent. It’s fun…but dangerous.
      Peace! 🙂

    2. @Mrreciprocat
      I know about autorotation.
I know about how Bell-Hiller mixing works.
I know the difference between cyclic pitch and collective pitch.
Just so you know, you know?
      Peace out.

    3. @Richard Darlington Ha! 😃
Calm down, Richie! It ain’t that serious! 😄
Just informing that many a brick has survived the impact and that you can even watch it all go down on various vids.
Did you KNOW that too!? 😃
      Peace! 🙂

    4. I once listened to a lecture by one of the space shuttle pilots. He said it was like landing a rock. Would you have gone in a space shuttle?

    5. @Deborah Freedman
      Probably not.
But you’ve made me curious, so I looked it up.
Apparently, the shuttle’s glide ratio varies from about 1:1 to 4:1, depending on things like trim settings, flight regime, and stuff like that.
Flying is a very complex proposition, and I could talk about it all day.
      Note my icon.
That must have been a fascinating lecture.
P.S. A modern sailplane (no engine) can have a glide ratio of up to 50:1 or more, without thermals.
Of course, that means for every mile of altitude, you could glide for 50 miles before you need to start looking for a place to land.
Put me in one of those!
      Okay, I’ll shut up, now.

  3. Terrible news. Wonder what our president is doing right now? Is he working to get in touch with the victims families to offer his condolences?

No. He’s ranting in ALL CAPS on twitter about how Fox News are against him and promoting a conspiracy that 2.7 million of his vote got ‘deleted’.

    This country is a joke!

    1. He’s mixing mayonnaise and dijon mustard for his cereal. After he eats he’ll schedule a press conference to announce his new invention of Dijonnaise

    2. I’m sorry you feel that way about America…but it’s the ones who’ve given up and throw out nasty things like this is a joke that need to learn to step up

  4. I just scrolled through Fox news and they say 5 US troops were killed? So how many were actually killed? Just curious.

    1. Islamic Jihad has a big force in that area. Recently they took over an Egyptian town, and planted bombs in the homes. When the Egyptian army retook the town, they did not sweep the homes for explosives, and many civilians were killed when those bombs went off.

    2. @Deborah Freedman Man that never happened, but the last terrorist attack in sinai was from 6 months and it killed egyptian soldiers. The casualities in sinai are mostly egyptian soldiers not even civilians. Governament has already moved civilians from sinai to other cities. Right now the situation seems under control. But just to highlight this, all of that is a consequence of Obama’s adminstration interference in the middle east. (Arab spring)

  5. I am not American but I am very sorry for these brave guys who died protecting the weak from the strong and evil .
I expres my condolences to all of you in America .
