Dominica's teachers joined the rest of the world on October 5th, 2018 in the observance of World Teachers Day 2018 with an ecumenical service at the Portsmouth Roman Catholic Church. Hon Minister for Education and Human Resource Development Mr. Petter Saint Jean addresed the scores of teachers gathered.
