  1. Do it! He’s been breaking the laws and getting away with it. He thinks he’s above the law.

    • @Capp Ington He’s not going to make it to the election. Impeached and Removed. He doesn’t get to run from prison.

@Caitlin Weiss I don’t believe he committed those crimes. Since you are the only one who had a response I’ll ask you. Was this during the time of Russia? Because we all know where that went. Or Ukraine? Because I read the transcript and you are high if you believe he committed extortion. Which in the end leaves us nothing else. I watched Obama strait release terrorists from Guantanamo Bay. And nobody cried foul there. Or give Iran some billions of dollars, or was it trillions? I can’t remember. Point being you all need to suck up life and admit you live in the best country in the world. Plus president isn’t forever. He will be out of office in 2024 😉

    This is the truth:

“Republican senators are lost and adrift as the impeachment inquiry enters its second month, navigating the grave threat to President Trump largely in the dark, frustrated by the absence of a credible case to defend his conduct and anxious about the historic reckoning that likely awaits them.”

☝🏽 Credible. At least it’s not hoax “news”

That sums it up as long as you ignore their desire to bury the motivating factors like NRA funneling Russian money to their campaigns or Moscow Mitch lifting sanctions and doing business w Daripaska, etc…

  3. Republicans: Wait, not yet, we won’t have a reason to make excuses about the inquiry.

    • @Matthew Bowen Judicial Branch checks the legislative branch. The house is the legislative branch. Democrats pissed off Supreme Court judges good luck! Like Kavanaugh. Nixon removed from 2/3rd vote from house and senate, same with Clinton but Nixon gave up his presidency before impeached.

    • @David Murphy they where impeached with 2/3 in the HOUSE the Senate has ZERO to do with impeachment the Trial is in the Senate and since the Constitution calls the Senate part the Trial the HOUSE impeachment has always been treated as an investigation to determine if the President should be tried. And until the HOUSE takes the final 2/3 majority required vote to move to the Senate for trial (the impeachment) how the House does the process is up to the house rule and the speaker of the house and tha is exactly what the house to doing it.

    • @David Murphy in the case of impeachment process the Supreme Court can not and have not ever and will not now say anything about it because the CONSTITUTION is clear “THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HAS THE SOLE POWER OF IMPEACHMENT”

    • Wrong, David. The House was merely abiding by the RULES that the REPUBS put in place in ’15. You just can’t have it every way ya want it. Wah all ya want.

  4. The impeachment process so far has been all about evidence gathering. A vote was always on the cards regardless of Rep bleating.

    • Do you think they will submit this evidence

    • The best evidence of collusion so far

    • evidence gathering — over 3 years in the gathering, damn boy you sure are slow, or maybe we just decided to declare guilty and impeach first and see if we can find something, anything that may serve as a crime latter or make up our own crime to tag a person , I am starting to believe that is the American way. Do not cry when you are found guilty first , then they make up a crime for you later.

    • @El Pitirre Do you have any specific arguments or are you just going to sit there and childishly insult and namecall and call it a diatribe? Whether Trump goes down or not is irrelevant to me. I voted for him on conservative principles and policy implementation and will gladly do so again so long as I do not see reasoned arguments against his policies for their own sake as opposed to ad hominem character assassinations.

  5. Go get ‘em.

    Hahahaha drain the swamp!!!!!!

  7. Per HRes 430, article 1, they are not required to hold a vote for an inquiry.

    • @James Mckeraghan Stop yelling! All caps just shows the typist is too lazy to move their little fingers diagonally. Go away troll! You’re not a real person. No one can be that deaf, dumb, and blind. Not if they have a brain. Are you Russian? Chinese? North Vietnamese? Turkish? Syrian? You’ll only convince people who already adore the orange clown. Bye-bye!

    • meefstick Felons had the right and lost it and the Supreme court has ruled congress can put certain regulations on rights, you have the right to freedom of speech but can you scream at a hearing in the senate or house and not be removed? Freedom of speech no?

    • @James Mckeraghan Hillbilly Jim please go back to drinkin your sippin liquor

    • Apparently AG Barr doesn’t keep up with what is current precedent. He just makes up whatever Trump might like to hear. In most jobs, keeping current in your field is a good thing. Apparently, Trump likes the Dark Ages. The country called the United States didn’t exist at that time.

    • Ginger Folsom What does Barr have to do with this ? lol idiot

Makes me laugh Republicans are criticising the process they wrote with impeachment proceedings which the Democrats are following. Talk about hypocrisy.

  9. The House has nothing to prove. A court has already ruled in their favor.

    • @Mulinaster The fact that you wrongly “addressed” it 5 times does not make any factual dumbass. Your claim is based on no legal standpoint regarding impeachment and what the Democrats want to accept as evidence. Plus on top of his public admission, his chief of staff’s admission, the whistleblower, the transcript and the witnesses have all confirmed what we already knew. Now that the Democrats have the goods they will proceed with the vote like in Nixon’s impeachment case where they voted after a private investigation to collect enough evidence and then they will lay out impeachment articles and vote to confirm impeachment then it will be up to the complicit and spineless Senate to sink with the ship or not. Now cut the bs and the uneducated claims nobody has time for your crap.

    • You are a fucking idiot. Courts have NO say. This is up to the house and Senate period

    • @JR N Can you be specific and tell me which part was wrong about my dismissal of his TV interview as evidence? How was it a public admission in light of what I wrote? Same goes for what Mulvaney said and, as I said, testimonies from people that work as proxies to holistic policy.

Just looking for basic evidence and facts. I’ve seen nothing so far and I’ve read all the opening testimony statements.

  10. I want the formal vote so I can take down names of those who DON’T vote for impeachment. Those shielding this treasonous Tchump need to be FORMALLY noted!!!

    • Dorian Shades of gray | October 28, 2019 at 9:08 PM | Reply

It’s actually the other way around. Those Dems in red areas will be shitting bricks now that they have to put their name to voting against their constituents views.

    • Terje Simensen | October 28, 2019 at 9:25 PM | Reply

@Dorian Shades of gray They will get majority in the house for sure.
They do it this way to make it republicans pleased, because they have ramblings around with this.
They forgot about they make this law in 2015. No will Senate have to vote on this, then will You see who’s will vote for a impeachment.
This is not about democrat party or republicans.
This how the law’s work and this is for all citizens. No one are about the law’s. If they not vote yes to it, that will be precedent for later case or issue’s thi presidents and his co workers wrongfully behaviors

    • Formally note those for re election and the rest to vote out.

We will get to watch how each congressman votes. I am glad they are moving this along. Bring on the public hearings. The world will be watching.

When the facts aren’t on your side, argue the law.
When the law isn’t on your side, argue the facts.
When the law AND the facts aren’t on your side, do what the Republicans do:

+doglover@shine25 The only people being removed will be you *sub-human* leftist traitors from the COUNTRY ENTIRELY by FORCE during Trump’s next term. Watch what is going to happen.

Dang so is for real 😳. Be careful what you wish for 😂

  15. As trump gets more desperate, he will do increasingly more destructive things to our republic. He is the worst kind of traitor.

  16. Pelosi- “I’ll see your staged photo in the situation room, and raise you Transparency.”

    • Dorian Shades of gray | October 28, 2019 at 9:00 PM | Reply

Trump got to the situation room around 5 and the final confirmation of the successful identification of Scooby Do was made around 7. So he was there watching the raid…it’s highly probable that they weren’t concerned about a photographer in the room during the heat of the moment and waited till after the raid to take photos. So what?

    • @Dorian Shades of gray Useless troll try harder.

  17. Republicans “there has been no vote so it’s not legitimate”
Pelosi “ok we’ll have a vote this week”
    Republicans “wait that’s illegal”

    • @P L Childish tribalism. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn’t make them a traitor. Grow up.

    • @P L The argument is that they are breaking the rules Republicans originally set forth, not that the rules right now are unjust.

    • @Mulinaster Then you and they are lying and laying forth a false argument; the typical republican response. Congress is following the rules the Republican majority put in place. And the fact your party takes dark money from foreign governments is treason, you are the one who needs to grow up.

    • @Mulinaster Both parties are equally represented in the depositions and interviews. Both parties are on every committee in the house. These depositions aren’t run by one party. You have been misinformed.

    • Francesco did you listen to precisely what was being voted on?

    • @Benson There are independent sources other than Fox and CNN, MSNBC, etc. Trump is not perfect and I’m not a republican, but these Dems are just desperate to get rid of him. I support Mr T because I don’t believe in globalist stuff: open borders, welfare, etc. The stuff that creates weak people and Dems promote.

    • @Angel-O I’m a moderate, so I know where you are coming from. I watch/listen to everything from ABC (Australia) to the BBC and NPR.

Both sides of the isle have their flaws; supporting those when they could be supporting themselves, or giving the money to the top while expecting them to let it trickle down.

What we need is an end to this hate spewing reality TV wannabe. If he bankrupted a casino, how do people think he can budget a country?

    • @Angel-O Experienced prostitutes and experienced business men have one thing in common. They find it’s easiest to blow a load if no ones paying attention.

I just hope the people that don’t want a middle ground stay in the background.

  19. Look at all of these conservative “legal experts” 😂😂😂 there were Republicans involved in the first step, the second step is presenting the evidence gathered for impeachment. I swear these Trump followers will ride the sinking ship til the end!! 😂😂😂 Real “Patriots”

  20. We have to impeach and/or prosecute and/or indict this cruel and stupid President
