    1. Well, at least they don’t call in the victim’s family to ask such a question. They’re doing better.

    2. What would be issue?? They literal held him down like a feral cat!! I’m confused why they aren’t in jail or dead now.

  2. Ive heard the Houston Police Chief talk like this many times and had his own issues in his own department that he took action that lead to charging bad cops in houston

    1. @WileyCoyote69 While I agree with you that Chief Acevedo is better than most, he has protected and stood by officers in Houston and Austin that had clearly crossed the line.

    2. He was firmly in the wrong about the Tuttle and Nicholas murders. It took outside agencies to investigate and charge HPD officers w murder. He fought it all the way.

    3. @Everblue Freediving he Was the one who called for outside investigators to investigate the no knock warrant case once he learns of the false information from the bad cop..

    4. @sam X not true…..
The family hired their own investigators after Acevedo and the police union rep declared it lawful and the victims were “dirtbags” that died in a gunfight. Read this article:
      https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2019/07/26/two-people-were-killed-botched-drug-raid-investigators-say-official-story-was-lie/
      From Wiki
The Houston Police Department conducted its own investigation. On May 15, 2019, HPD announced that the investigation had concluded, with the information given to prosecutors.[13]

The Tuttle and Nicholas families hired a forensic team headed by Mick Maloney formerly of Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). The team processed the crime scene 10 May 2019, three months after the raid. They were surprised to find evidence left behind or abandoned by the earlier Houston Forensic Science Center police investigation. They mapped out the trajectories from the bullet holes in the walls with the goal to reconstruct the shooting by matching bloodstains and bullet trajectories in the house to the wounds of the victims. The team spent four days reviewing the evidence. Attorney Chuck Bourgue told the Houston Chronicle they found no evidence anyone in the house fired toward the door nor that Tuttle’s two rifles and two shotguns had even been fired. The team did find evidence that suggests police outside the house fired blindly through the walls.[14]

On July 24, 2019, the federal grand jury investigating the raid heard testimony from Houston police officers.[15]

On August 23, 2019, District Attorney Kim Ogg announced that officer Gerald Goines had been charged with two counts of felony murder. Also, officer Steven Bryant had been charged with evidence tampering for “knowingly providing false information” in a police report.[16]

In November 2019 the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested Goines as well as others as part of the organization’s investigation.[17]

On November 20, 2019 a federal grand jury returned indictments on federal charges in the Pecan Park raid case. Goines was charged with making false statements and depriving the victims’ constitutional right to be secure against unreasonable searches. Steven M. Bryant, another ex-HPD officer, was charged with making false statements and obstructing an official proceeding with further false statements. Patricia Ann Garcia was charged with making several fake 911 calls including the false claims that her daughter was in the Tuttle residence doing drugs and that the Tuttles were drug addicts who possessed machine guns. Authorities took the three into custody.[18] Goines is charged with seven counts total; he surrendered to the FBI at his residence.[19]

In January 2020 a Harris County grand jury indicted, under Texas law, Goines and Steven Bryant, charging both with tampering with government documents and the first with felony murder.[20]

    5. @Everblue Freediving not quite true,, https://youtu.be/Ux1PJMb1_Q8…..Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo shared a new search warrant seeking more information about officers’ actions in the case, and that Gerald Goines would likely face criminal charges.

  3. Once a cop places a person in handcuffs, that person is now in the custody of that police officer. That means the Police Officer is now responsible for the safety, well being and the life of that person. Because once a person’s hands are cuffed behind their back, that person has essentially been incapacitated, they couldn’t even protect or brace themselves from the impact of a fall.

These Police Officers should be arrested and charged with the multiple crimes they clearly committed against this citizen.

  4. This was an 8 min long murder with 3 other cops as enablers, not some questionable unfortunate split second tragedy.

    1. It was a public execution by a serpent cop. Youre a serpent beast system skank… Tell us about that, Snookums… Give us the graphic details

    2. Could the police officer have realized he was subdued before heart attack point? Oops to his sister or dad is too little too late. He’d probably be like he was such a violent fella. Really we tried to contain him. He was begging death to happen. Behind car le cowards and little kids they are..

  5. How could they NOT be charged for murder 🤔. We all watched them MURDER this man !!

    1. Yourlife Endsnow not sure… but the number one murderer is pictured smiling right behind trump at one of his kkk rallies

    2. Every time the police murder someone the same question is asked.
Nothing ever happens, nothing ever will.
These guys will get off scot free like the thousands of other times and people will say, “This is murder! How does this happen? Thoughts and prayers. Sorry for your loss” until the next time it happens, and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next……….

    3. @Yourlife Endsnow Yes, it’s a democratic state and that’s part of the reason it’s inhabitants are mostly happy there.
The police though, like most all the USA’s militarized law enforcement, are predominantly republican. Cuz it takes a special kind of psychotic tool to be a cop and a murderer

    4. They killed this man over an alleged fake 20 dollar bill. 20 DOLLARS. And he wasn’t even convicted of the victimless crime yet and they killed him…for what?
It’s crazy! I know they’ll get off. They always do. After the cop that killed Philando Castille got away with murder I lost all hope and faith in this country. How can anyone of color trust and believe in the justice and police system when the cops get away with unjustified murder in broad daylight time and time again?

    1. @Yourlife Endsnow You’re the pathetic embarrassment to the human race along with your supreme leader Trump, last I checked this is the UNITED States of America. It shouldn’t be Blue Vs Red states you ARE the reason why America is like this.

  6. If the Houston Police Chief says the “Officers involved in Floyd killing should be charged” then what are we waiting for?

  7. Anyone doing this to anyone, is going to get charged with murder. Those cops are all murderers. The cop kneeling on his neck until he died…. First degree. The others allowing it to happen… Accessory to murder. All need 50 years to life.

    1. That investigating prosecutor’s already sounding like there were extenuating circumstances

  8. This is murder, pressure on the main blood vessels in the neck can cause loss of consciousness in 10 seconds or so.I am a fan of MMA and have seen Athletes at their peak physical fitness be choked out in seconds and go limp and the referee has stepped in to stop it as he could see that the Athlete was in trouble and going to pass out.The police should have known what was a likely outcome of applying that much pressure to the neck of a non resisting person who was not in peak physical condition. They should have been the referee ,they had a duty of care of the person they were investigating and should have ensured the health and safety of their charge not kneel on his neck until death. They should be given the same sentence that they would give a person who had killed a police officer.

    1. Be the referee?? So you think like stop the wrestling game!?! You mean like show compassion???

  9. Why are these cops still walking the streets? Anyone else videotaped murdering somebody would be immediately taken into custody….no wonder so many people throw a party when a cop gets two in the back of the head….

  10. Let’s wait to see how Trump responds first – to being questioned about a race-motivated murder by a police officer during the presidency of the most notorious racist on the planet. His deafening silence on the matter speaks volumes.

    1. You don’t have to wait. He lied on twitter claiming he sent the fbi and doj to investigate
