    You can tell that it was a technical issue.
    Be it the teleprompter failing or his ear peice, you know he was being prompted with what to say Because…. when he talks ” off the cuff ” he says… uhm… ah…. uhmm….
    He did none of that. It IS his M.O. when talking freely.
    When he is parroting a prewritten text, he does none of that….
