No they cant , when an impeachment trial begins, legislation stops, it’s a Senate rule not a partisan action. But nice try pushing a false narrative
It’s not like they didn’t know the difference between right and wrong good and evil they were not born last night there are consequences and I will never sympathize with the new face of terrorism , not to mention their enablers they must be held accountable , we won they lost we decide .
If I had to guess McConnell is trying to use his vote in this impeachment trial as a political bargaining device, although I doubt Schumer would give up bypassing the legislative filibuster to have a chance at barring trump from office permanently.
