How to bake sourdough bread

1. 500 g fluor
   Some yeast
   300 ml hot water
   25 ml olive oil
   10 gram salt
   10 gram sugar
   Knead 20 min and cover all night
   Bake 30 min 180 Celsius
   There it’s written !
