  1. “Our army is fleeing. The 72nd Brigade pissed away 3 sq km this morning, where I had lost around 500 men.” – Wagner boss, Yevgeny Prigozhin

    1. Actually 20 mins ago he said the opposite. Wagner moved 170 meters ahead and exterminated 300 Ukro-nazis. Do you speak Russian like me? If you don’t, leave your fantasy for your grandpa. Lol

    2. @Yuri Account created 22 Apr 2022. You are a Kremlin bot so of course you speak Russian. But according to Kremlin bots, Bakhmut has been taken 10 times already so nothing you post has any credibility.

    3. @Yuri so he said 2 things the polar opposite of each other — & you choose to believe the one that suits you. Makes sense … LMFAO 😁

    4. @Yuri Я живу в Україні, тому не володію мовою ґвалтівників і дітовбивць.

  2. Great coverage CNN. I love it when you invite Generals to your program to comment on the war. Thanks for posting on YouTube.

    1. He should take his shoes and pants and make them dance, dudes wearing running shoes and a suit. This is just as bad as russians or Arabs wearing pointy dress shoes with track pants.

    2. @David Henning Because he’s wearing running shoes and sneakers? What’s he rocking white socks as well? How does me commenting on his attire make me a bot? You’re delusional.

  3. Wonderful expertise. Feels like being on the inside track..Very enjoyable. Thanks for bringing him on. Appreciated.

    1. You find watching news about thousands of young men being massacred in trenches “enjoyable?”

  4. Wars are so sad for many reasons!!!
I wish the Russians would leave. Peace for everyone!!!

    1. Мы хотим чтобы Америка забыла что такое Россия и восточная Европа. Живите своей жизнью.

  5. What is astounding in JB’s excellent presentation and interview with retired Major General Marks is how much true soldiers like General Marks view the Ukrainian fighters, and by that, I mean they give them high marks—pun intended. What we see over here some 2,000 kilometers from Kiev is that the Ukrainian freedom fighters have surpassed everyone’s assessment of their combat readiness and valor and courage and skill. Today we saw on TV a private in the Ukrainian army take out 6 enemy troops on his own, exhibiting bravery and downright combat effectiveness. It shows how these humble farmers, plumbers, attorneys, dentists and the like have been trained to perfecttion by NATO countries and the UK and Canada and America. Everyone is expecting this war to be won and over in record time, but I predict this is not going to end well and we had all better prepare for some sort of new world order coming to the fore in the next 12 months.

  6. Dear CNN, Please keep them Generals commenting and keep the amazing reports from the frontline coming. Your proficiency in war reporting is why I watch CNN. Very content since the Iraq war and until this point, but please do keep it up 🙂

    1. Except they only tell you a small convenient portion you should always take what you see on TV with a grain of salt until you site sources for yourself shop around

  7. Reporters risking their lives and their family’s breadwinner (in many cases|) to keep us informed.
    Thank-you.
Unlike America´s Donald Trump and Russia´s Putin I do not consider the free press the “enemy of the people”.
    Just the opposite.

  8. This guy understands some of the actual realities of war here with regards to the current situation. Clear and to the point. You know, he’s one of those guys…

    1. @MustardSandwich Its important in the respect that Ukraine is demoralizing the Russian army and the Wagner group, casing them to infighting, etc

  9. Gotta love that Generals face going right there in the beginning 0:01 when he thinks the camera is ONLY on the TV host. You dont see Generals have such every day happy faces too often! He looked like he was up to something funny!😁
Then when he actually starts… Great Analysis!

  10. I do appreciate the broadcaster’s expertise in describing Ukraine. Wonderful newsclip. Thanks.

  11. Spider is his first name or am I hearing this wrong? If not, the name General Spider Marks is epic!
