@Can2274 Constitution grants the President the right to pardon crimes against the United States, IE: Federal Jurisdiction, the Governor of the State the crime was committed in does. Another thing a President cannot pardon, is an Impeachment. The reason is, an Impeachment is Congresional, he has the right to pardon Judicial.
