‘I walked more than two hours:’ After seeking asylum, she’s feeding hundreds

The pandemic's economic fallout has disproportionately affected undocumented immigrants in the US and meant many have gone hungry. Xiomy de la Cruz and Ingmar Riveros – immigrants themselves – tell CNN's Poppy Harlow how they've been able to help feed many struggling to get by.

    1. Who do you think does the violence. Not Americans and not ICE. These people that seek asylum here are at the mercy of drug cartels who are making millions if not billions off of people trafficking. Now they are using children without their parents coming with them. Last week over 3000.00 unaccompanied children arrived and there was no room for them.

  1. Help this world father God I know Lord you said it’s nothing new under the sun help us in Jesus name amen 🙏🏾

They were brought here by their middle school teacher, using these children to promote her political agenda.

  6. Amazing!
From Genesis to Revelation, the poor was always mentioned, obviously, we are to care for them…no matter you they may be and no matter who you may be!

    1. That is not completely true. You cannot freely feed and house people who breed like rabbits. Poor people must be responsible! If you ever make the mistake of feeding un-neutered stray animals, you will learn that lesson. In a short time, you will have HUNDREDS begging for food. Then you will abandon them and they will die HORRIBLE deaths.

  7. Praying for the Family. She is a good strong mother and doing everything she can to herself and others. Continue to do an awesome job. God Bless

  8. We can do an exchange program with ladies like this for some of our Karens in our country. We would be better off and get the better deal in the process
