For example: 1) By the Obstructive Act of attempting to remove the Special Counsel (as the Act is not required to be successful), 2) which was connected with the Official Proceeding of the subpoena-and-search warrant granting Grand Jury that Trump knew was investigating him, he showed 3) Corrupt Intent by holding a secret meeting with a non-government person (Lewindowsky) to try circumventing the justice system in order to commit that crime.

I love what you wrote , only I disagree with them being able to do it much longer, as I do feel justice will win out…..that being said, our laws have been under the attack of this mindset since Rreconstruction . This is the “punch” with an impeachment inquiry. If an impeachment inquiry is approved, and the President still stonewalls hearings, then that stonewall of impeachment hearing is enough to approve articles of impeachment for Trump’s noncooperation with an impeachment inquiry. Either way impeachment wins in an inquiry is approved.
Is the Democratic Party rushing to justice if they attempt to impeachment President Trump before the Inspector General’s Report and the Investigation of the Investigators are completed?
