Man I hate when my closely held beliefs that I feel must be consistent to be virtuous conflict with what I wouldn’t mind hearing. I don’t believe ANYONE has the right to take another’s life, especially not the State. However, would I be heartbroken if this was successful?……….It is frustrating when certain men carry on in life without accountability, and the wish for punishment becomes overwhelming. But bottom line is, my belief that no one has the right to take the life of another is more important to me than hearing of the ultimate punishment being doled out to someone who does deserve punishment.
