  3. I don’t think REASONABLE people want to defund the police, but there are 911 calls that should be handled by mental health personnel instead of Law Enforcement. Money and resources should be allocated to allow for Mental Health responses. Daniel Prude in Rochester NY would still be alive if the 911 call had been handled as a mental health call. Sigh…..
