Is it too soon for Quebec and Ontario to discuss reopening?

    2. @Umbra Dumont actually no, I wouldn’t. I would like to see that we have a working vaccine in place, before reopening.

    3. @Sean Walker Impossible to wait until there is a vaccine. That’s 12 to 18 months by every estimate I’ve heard.

  1. The models have been wrong since the begining. Hospitals aren’t busy. Vaccine push is huge. Testing will only show more numbers. So another total shut down? What’s with all the Testing??
