  1. This happens every year in Australia somewhere. Sometimes we can have 3, 4 or 5 regions at a time.

    1. And in Ca too. It’s wildfires, mudslides , but in different parts of the state. Now Australia is getting downpours after the fires. Really changes things

    2. @Mage’s Almanac l think you need to come to Australia and see for yourself. We farm in areas where we shouldn’t, then we call it a drought. We grow crops we shouldn’t, like cotton and rice, because we don’t have the rain-shed water to do it.

I reckon we are causing climate change but that, in no way, discounts what I’m saying.

      Stop jumping to delusions.

    1. Victory Gardens like World War II. “Grow your own. Be sure.”
The 13-minute, 42-second 1942 US Department of Agriculture video *Hemp for Victory* is the key to reducing unemployment, reducing poverty, reducing hunger, reducing homelessness, reducing health care costs, reducing crime, reducing police brutality, reducing government spending, reducing political corruption, reducing pollution, replacing fossil fuels, ending deforestation and stopping climate change, all at the same time.
There is an official .gov link to the film from the US National Archives. It has been public since 1990.
There was a bill in Congress titled HR 3652, the *Hemp for Victory Act of 2019.*

  2. And as in America, I think Europe has that 40% of self serving voters who refuse to believe in climate change.

    1. @Shane Kasper Except for gerrymandering, voter suppression and fraud. Other than that, just great. California has 40 million people and 2 U.S. senators. North and South Dakoda has a combined population of less than 400,000 and has 4 U.S. senators. So in terms of actual representation, we have work to do.

  3. Lol it’s funny how people still don’t think there is a global famine coming and that we in the US are immune from it😂

    1. @Noneshere you make it sounds so by the book but you forget we are in the most armed country in the world lol

    2. @Mark hey here in California the high speed rail road to Vegas that was supposed to be done 10 years ago is much more important 😂

  4. “Rime of the Ancient Mariner” –
_water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink_
_water, water everywhere and all the boards did shrink_

    1. @Sedrich McCollum That’s my point. Climate Change is a Local not Global Phenomena. Now let’s get into Geoengineering like changing Atmospheric Carbon Molecules? Should North Dakota have Colder Winters so Arizona can have lower Air Conditioning expense? Is Florida Coast Changing due to normal Change? Has Florida Coast been the same way for 6.5 Billion Years? Who should decide what Florida Coast should be? I don’t want North Dakota Winter any Colder to save Florida Coast. Move to North Dakota if you want it Colder or more stable coasts.

    2. @Michael Mcgarrity you have convinced me lake superior sounds like a swell place to live. I hope you don’t mind my family and I taking up a little bit of space near you. All 300 million of us. Can you imagine? Everything that’s happening in America all in one place. It’s going to be wild! I guarantee.

    3. @Sedrich McCollum If you’re a Lawful US Citizen, you can live wherever you want. Lake Superior is Wonderful but Winter is Brutal. We can fit a couple hundred Million in the Forrest and shuffle the Other Hundred Million to Canada. Pleantyful Room, Clean Water, Oil Pipelines from Canada run to Duluth. Migration is the answer. We are not short of Land or Resources in America. Now add Canada, North and South Dakota are practically empty and they have great fishing too. 900 ft above Sea Level. Best farmland on Earth. As odd as it seems, this will likely become reality in the not too distant Future. We should be preparing for Climate Migration not futzing with Atmospheric Carbon Molecules.

    4. @Michael Mcgarrity I see you don’t know much about Floridians. It’s okay, we’re going to make wonderful bath salts together. See you in the future.

  5. The diesel generator they had to install to create energy for electric vehicles at the gas station here is hilarious.

    1. @Matthew Walters I’m not 100% against them. I am against this whole push to do it tomorrow and I am against the fact that nobody’s wants to discuss the down side of them.

  6. The consequences of climate change are felt in an accelerated rate each year. Unfortunately it’s human nature to react when it’s nearly or already too late. The point of no return is moving closer to us and we’re not even sure it has already passed. So now it’s time to act. Don’t wait for your government to do something because they move too slow. You as a consumer should pick this up because you can make a change. There are three basic things you can do right now that already should have an impact:

    * Start eating less meat, preferably none whatsoever.
    * Get a car that runs on hydrogen or use public transport for commuting.
    * Start using renewable energy to warm/ cool your place or as source of energy to power your electric devices.

P.S. report the bot that spams me and thousands of other users in this channel. It says something with the likes of “Fuk U what you are saying here”. Should be the first comment (that you can report).

    1. Also remember to do these things in the company you work for as well. In many cases there is more impact in changing fleets than households.

    2. Only disagree on the Hydrogen thing. EV is way better at this point.

Today most Hydrogen production is worse for the environment than if we all just stuck with gasoline because it is made using Methane.

I know you are about to say “We could use Electrolysis of Water instead to produce Hydrogen” sure we could, but we aren’t cause it is more expensive and does not let the petroleum industry greenwash themselves. Also using that electricity to make hydrogen then convert back into the vehicle is at the moment incredibly inefficient, so taking the electricity and just gridding it to EVs is way more efficient use of the power.

So sorry EVs are still the king of low emissions vehicles (yes even considering the lithium mining and battery recycling problems, all those things considered they are still better than gas or hydrogen cars).

If you want more info just look up Green, Blue, Brown, Black hydrogen production.

  7. I have a friend that said climate change ain’t real. But goes on to say every 10000 yrs the world reboot. And oh yeah he thinks we’re flat lol

    1. @Lauryn Greene oh wow. My post allows you to disrespect me. I know climate change is real didn’t deny that. And the world ain’t flat

  8. Things will get worse every year and every decade unless we act now on climate solutions such as a Plant Based Treaty. Eat plants. Plant Tree. Transition to soft energy. Conserve energy. It’s win win win if we do the right thing.

    1. @Kev Griffin I’m talking about Cannabis Sativa. Cannabis Sativa is both hemp and “Marijuana.” The only difference between hemp and “Marihuana” is 0.3% THC. Any Cannabis hemp that grows with more than 0.3% THC is called “Marijuana.” Cannabis Sativa can grow naturally in the wild with over 5% THC. But it’s still the same Cannabis Sativa plant that has been grown and used since the dawn of human civilization.
The federal permit to grow Cannabis during World War II that is shown in *Hemp for Victory* reads “Producer of Marihuana” because the THC content was irrelevant compared to defending the United States and stopping global genocide.
Using Cannabis for fuel, fiber, food, medicine, paper and plastic will rearrange the global economy, end deforestation, replace fossil fuels, and stop climate change. Had we been doing this since World War II, we wouldn’t be dealing with climate change today. If we start doing this now, within 5 years there will be a noticeable reduction in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
The point is that everyone, everywhere, has been brainwashed to only think of “Marihuana” as a drug. It is so much more than that.

    2. @Kev Griffin And why was hemp made illegal? Because of the stuff that gets you high. It’s kinda connected. Plus hemp is legal.

    3. @Marijuanifornia hemp is legal since 2018. But still too many restrictions. I agree. It’s 2022 let’s get it done already.

  9. From 1997 to 2018, Koch Family Foundations spent $145,555,197 directly financing 90 groups that attacked climate change science and policy solutions.

    1. So why didn’t you do anything against that?
Everyone seems to know who are fckin our future but no one is willing to risk their own freedom to do something

  11. On a planet of water wouldn’t the top priority of the last 100 years involve desalination to crops?..

    1. @Mark how do you ensure the salt levels in the ocean do not increase to a level that is dangerous to all life in it when your pumping out the water to dilute it?

    2. @Mark Actually, it’s not…
Desal is one avenue….there are different methods…one of the problems is returning water back to the environmental temperature(s).

  12. maybe if the countries will join forces with Ukraine (non-nato who is suffering too) the wheat can finally be moved from the country and ease some of the starving?
Also….we seriously need to improve the way we farm/grow crops
this is 2022: there has to be better ways

  13. Mrs Sophia is the best, recommending her to all beginners who wants to recover from their losses and gain more like I did through her strategies
