    1. *WSJ: Biden Economics Will Lead To $6,500 Drop In Median Annual Household Income*
      Oct 19, 2020 https://lidblog.com/biden-economics/

*According to a Hover institute Study analyzed by the Wall Street Journal, the Biden economic plan will result in the median annual American household income to drop by $6,500. The Hoover study examines Biden’s proposals on health insurance, taxes, energy, and regulation.*

~ Overall, the authors estimate that the Biden agenda, if fully implemented, would reduce full-time equivalent employment per person by about 3%, the capital stock per person by some 15%, and real GDP per capita by more than 8%. Compared to Congressional Budget Office estimates for these variables in 2030, this means there would be 4.9 million fewer working Americans, $2.6 trillion less in GDP, and $6,500 less in median household income.

*Or, to put it more directly–we will be screwed.*

*Per the Journal, we probably won’t go into the depression predicted by President Trump; however, things will get pretty depressing. He would start with a booming economy set up by President Trump, but things will slow down and sink into malaise.*

The study explains many factors behind income reductions. A big part of it is the taxes and regulations that will disincentivize hiring. The opposite of what Trump did to get the economy going.

~Mr. Biden is also proposing substantial increases in business tax rates that will raise the cost of capital. The former Vice President likes to say he’d only raise the top corporate tax rate to 28% from 21%. But so-called pass-through entities (often small businesses) employ more than 40 million Americans, and most pay taxes at the individual tax rate.

~“Biden’s plan to raise personal income and payroll tax rates would push their federal rates from below 40 percent to, often, above 50 percent, and these are on top of state income taxes,” the authors write.

~Mr. Biden would also raise capital costs by phasing down bonus depreciation in the 2017 tax reform, and he’d raise labor costs by imposing the 12.4% Social Security payroll tax to income above $400,000. The $400,000 threshold isn’t indexed for inflation so it would apply to ever-more Americans as the years go by.

The study goes into detail explaining how Biden’s health and energy plans will also increase the cost of employing people eventually leading to higher unemployment—lower household income.

    2. Probably but that buzzard Trump has outrun the law all his life and now as a Sitting President more dangerous because DOJ said a Sitting President can’t be indicted and Impeachment failed because Republican Senators are cowards and delight in the pain he causes WE THE PEOPLE.

    3. I want Trump and his older kids living under a bridge, wearing rags, and fighting over a cold can of beans, and eating it with their fingers.

  1. it is so heartening to see all these americans on the campaign trail … the american dream is working … Candace is Kewl … awesome … get these all american women and men into the politcal arena asap …

  2. Candice you are going to win and win with a landslide encourage all your Spanish family all your Spanish friend around the 50 state to vote like they never fought before

  3. As a fellow Texan who has never in my 60 plus years voted a straight Democratic ticket I am doing that this year. I’m doing it as referendum on this administration that we’ve had to deal with the last four years and not just that I am sick and tired of seeing old white Republican millionaires from this state be my voice as an old white veteran who lives on less than $10,000 per year!!! Now here’s the bad part. I hope the Democrats do not get overconfident because of the four people that I know that have voted early so far all have voted for that 👹 in the White House!! I don’t know about other states but when I registered to vote it did not ask me for party affiliation so just because there are record numbers voting it doesn’t mean that we can figure out who is voting for who at least in Texas 🤔🤔🤔

    1. Let’s go!! Thank you for sharing. You won’t regret this. Feel free to vote Republican on next elections. Right now we are in the battle for our democracy and you will look back and see how you made the right choice for you, your family and your country

    2. @Angel Benitez I vote for who I consider to be the best candidate who’s going to give a voice that would echo mine regardless of party. The first rule that I’ve always been steadfast on in my 60 plus years is many promises are made during an election and very few are fulfilled. I actually think it would be quite amusing pull out the ads from 4 years ago that made all these promises and look at them today. The technology is there but most of the politicians do not want to be held accountable.

    3. @Doug Ohaver I agree with you Doug. It’s inspiring to hear your experience as a voter because this is my first time voting. I voted for Biden, but I plan on having the same mentality as you for future elections 👍🏼

    4. @Angel Benitez two things to always remember. The most important muscle in your entire body is your mind so try to take every lesson learned as a true learning experience so that you can become a more rounded and level-headed person who uses foresight rather than hindsight. Secondly, no matter how smart you get always remember there is somebody smarter than you and that you never stop learning because I learn something new basically everyday because believe it or not this is the information age simply because of computers and smartphones. When I recently within the last 4 months upgraded to a smartphone I actually got to see an ice mountain on the planet Pluto from one of our deep space probes. I’ve seen creatures at the bottom of our seas. It’s all there so I guess what I’m saying is always learn and become a well-rounded individual 🌞🎅👈. He’s really well-rounded 🤪🤪.

  4. I know 1 man that may lose his job. A scientist. Another man who lost his job a machinist. Here in Texas because Trump has done a horrible job. Vote Biden he will get the virus under control and then the economy can be put back together.

    1. @SK ONTHEROAD

Just imagine the labour needed for the needed energy transition and infrastructure in the broadest sense.

Yes, it will cost trillions. But a lot of it will flow back to the government and the economy due to taxes and spending.

And it’s trillions not going to banks and large companies. They can make money of working people again. Like an economy is supposed to work.

Trickle down is the greatest lie ever sold.

    2. Biden would do a lot worse……u think there’s violence now??!!! U know, that’s right u don’t think there’s so much violence…..just crazy

  5. This is the people needed to run government… They have experience about life! There is too much silver spoon rich people without empathy in power, like Trump and all his goons, they have no intention in helping anyone else but themselves! Vote for change!

    1. “These *are* the people”…and “there *are* too many people…” And Trump was elected bc he had experience and was a business man. That is how he gained most of the votes from the flyover states. States that will lose the heartbeat of their economies, such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio. Their jobs will go away, their communities will collapse, and then what?

    1. trump just canceled his election party. He doesn’t want to attend a party full of losers and suckers. Make his nightmare come true Texas!

    3. Yep I agree if texas go blue then tht wud be a loud message to he Republicans tht ppl are sick and tired of their hypocrisy and their plot and conscience for party over country thts un- american and we need to send them a great rebuke for their stupidity….vote biden

    1. @Peter Robinson Countries like Norway also take care of their citizens with generous leave policies and healthcare– stuff that folks like you deride as “socialism.”

  8. Trump’s motto only lie when you speak his whole family is the same way his son just said that there was no virus it was going away over 8 million people got it I guess he can’t count
