No, the impeachment stunt last year, which led to the deaths of 350,000 people (some of them presumably Americans if and only if they were Republicans) was unconstitutional.

Finding votes and creating votes are two different things, finding votes implies that the votes already exist, they were just not counted, or (according to sworn affidavits from an eye witness) put in the wrong pile. Funny how it seems Trump ballots are ending up in the Biden pile, but it doesn’t seem to happen the other way around.

@MarcosElMalo2 yes, they do, but in that entire reply you didnt address how article 1 section 4 and article 2 section 1 say without question how states can change election procedures, it has to be done with state legislatures, not courts and executive orders which is how those 5 states changed their election procedures, and NOWHERE in the US constitution does it say about how we have a right to vote, this is only at the state level NOT federal and if you’d know more about the constitution like he 10th amendment you’d know this.
You’d also know Trump has not gone against the constitution.
@blake bunker yes, the evidence is there, courts that dismissed the cases or refused to hear them (SCOTUS refused to hear the texas case over the riots that would ensue, NOT because there wasn’t proof) and most of the other cases were tossed out over technicalities not lack of proof, does no one read the court docs? How can a procedure written into the Constitution and a statute based on that provision of the Constitution be unconstitutional? Those procedures and checks are included for a reason. And it’s not to rubberstamp election results.
