Had to listen to this twice because the first time I kept laughing so hard about all the typos that I couldn’t hear Rachel speak. There aren’t very many reasons why someone who writes for a living, like a legal team, would leave multiple errors in the final draft of a document. One of them is laziness, another is stupidity, and another is an attempt to ruin the person they are writing for.
