Joe Biden addresses nation as votes continue to be tallied

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden delivered remarks in WIlmington, Delaware, as votes continue to be tallied in key battleground states.
The former Vice President urged the nation to remain patient as votes are tallied, saying he is confident of victory as he is pulling even further away from President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, the state that may make him the 46th US president.

  1. Act and sounds like a president. Not like the other dude who does nothing but complaining about how bad he’s losing.

    1. Biden be like: let’s go into quarantine for 6 more months for a Virus that doesn’t even exist or isn’t as deadly people think it is.

    2. @petegiant you confound slow and precise articulation with fast and shallow babbler-rapping. Listen to the content ….. period

    3. @Paolo Curradini yes there’s substantial documentation.

The vast majority of it benign.

I don’t suppose you bothered to consider where in the document you provided your excerpt was found?

In the “Views of Senator Wyden” section.

      A democrat senator from Oregon.

For example the “hack and leak operation against the United States” was actually an attempt to acquire Hillary Clinton’s emails.

      Your excerpt alleges. Not proves.

And it attempts to utilize extravagance to bolster a narrative.

What they are addressing is that the Russians stated they had Hillary’s emails. And a member of trumps campaign accepted. There was no proof of any quid pro quo at all.

      No exchange.

Trump didn’t ask Russia to acquire the info.

Simple states that if they had it he’d like to see it. Sure.
Wyden attempts to paint an effort against one person here as an effort against a nation.

The 1300+ pages you refer to offer more in the way of simply documenting social interaction while unable to illustrate their illegal or malevolent nature.

    4. @The Heretic What’s your point, exactly? I did not argue the gravity of the evidence (and how damning or innocent Russia’s actions may have been), so I am not sure why you are telling me your views about them. I try to avoid such discussions as they seem pointless to me. Everyone has an opinion, and I don’t think mine or yours are of any particular value in this case. Anyone can make of the evidence what they want and draw their own conclusions. The only judgements that will matter will be those of the experts anyway.

The point I was trying to make, in case that was not clear, is that such an investigation as the one that the U.S. Intel Committe undertook in regards to Russian meddling provides us with certainties. It allows us to discern fact from fiction, and it gives us a ton of context to see things in perspective and to understand who the players are, what they were doing and why. We can use this to figure out each party’s agendas and interests, and understand links between people, timelines and so on. What people make of it, is another discussion entirely. The U.S. Intel Community has drawn its own conclusions, and called Russia’s actions out as one of the worst attacks on U.S. democracy ever. How any of us here may feel about it is of no consequence.

Sadly, the certainties we have about the Russian matter are not available to us in the other saga, as we do not yet have to date any reliable information about the Hunter Biden laptop story. We know very little, and what we know was mosty told us by an unreputable partisan source who tried to use this material for a specific purpose: namely to benefit his friend and employer Donald Trump in the middle of an election. It’s all extremely suspicious: the circumstances, the people are the timing are all such as to pose a big risk to U.S. democracy. What if we had looked at this stuff and taken it seriously, only to later find out that it was a Russian fabrication? Way too much of a risk there, which is why so many media organizations have turned the story down (including the major Trump supporting ones). Nobody wanted to touchs such potentially damaging stuff during the election, because even the Trump supporting outlets and organizations don’t want Trump re-elected through a foreign smear campaign. If he had managed to make it with his own strength, then U.S. democracy would have been fine, but if the story had given him the edge and won him the election, and later it turned out to be fake, the United States would have suffered a gigantic defeat.

One day, once a similar investigation will have been performed, we will have some facts to go by, and each of us will be able to draw his own conclusions about the laptop just as we can about Russia’s meddling. I expect the two to be related, but hey’s that’s just me and my passion for spy novels. In any case, the prudent approach is always the conservative one: until we know something, we shouldn’t believe anything. And this very much includes pictures and videos, all of which can be forged very easily nowadays, between photoshop and deepfake technologies.

When it comes to election fraud, the situation is not even an unknown, as Hunter’s laptop. It’s entirely non-existent. There’s nothing there to even investigate, not even the tiniest shred of evidence of election fraud has come to light so far, so there’s nothing to even look into. There’s just tons of lies by likely trolls, and not even well conceived ones but just ignorant bullshit that clearly comes from people who have no idea how the system even works in the U.S. and are unaware of the barcodes and signatures etc.

So the differences in the 3 stories here are:

      1) [Russia] Fact based and certain (investigated)
      2) [Hunter] Unknown/suspicious (to be investigated)
      3) [VoterFraud] Non-existant (can’t even investigate)

    1. @Rapunzel girl you must not know this but presidents even after their term have a team of Secret service agents at all times. so you must be new here. LMAO.

    2. @gurmeet mandla Sorry to interrupt your unpleasant fantasies, but media doesn’t declare president – the Supreme Court does, and Bidens position ain’t looking so good when you hear what trumps legal team have.

Massive voter fraud already acknowledged by Supreme Court.

    1. Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden recently bragged that Democrats have created the “most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics

    2. @Victor Lloyd yea, trump literally used it the day before, but it sounded authentic from trump… from biden it just sounded like words on a page

    3. He is not devoted to America ccp has him and his family by the balls. Are u ppl aware of non cnn blabbering

    1. @Tayla8 ok let’s resolve one thing. PA doesn’t count mail in ballots until Election Day and this year due to Covid they had millions. In person votes are easy (use a computer). More Republican voters than democrats were likely to vote in person. This was already known by how many ballots were requested and mailed and then even processed through USPS during early voting. So election night they began counting mail in ballots which they have to hand open smooth out check for inaccuracies and scan them plus other logistics. Millions of ballots could not be processed in one night so results are tallied and reported in batches. Those batches began to go to Biden, why because again democrats were more likely to vote by mail versus Trump’s encouragement of Republicans to vote in person if you can. It’s been the same situation in most of the states that only process mail ballots on Election Day per their state law. But hey listen Biden won. If he doesn’t get PA he’ll still get NV, AZ, GA which gives him the win. He’s president so let’s move on to uniting the country. God bless.

    2. @Shohruh Fayzulloyev He is way better immigrant! What the hell do you know? You have no wisdom at all. Complete clown!

  2. Actually talks about the state of the country and the American people instead of his own situation and popularity like the loser Trump.

    1. @Greg Gilly and tbh I wasn’t gonna say much else but… how can you speak of war then claim I have somehow normalized political violence? I believe war is the epitome of political violence.

    2. @bunnyellabell — i spelled them all good, which ones did u have a problem with?
How many men have used/ditched you?
      A fair number i presume 🙂

    3. @bunnyellabell I can hear the sounds of minorities being sent to jail for minor drug offenses in the distance lol tell me how did you feel when thousands of drone strikes bombarded the Middle East? That’s the person your looking at right now. You need to educate yourself 😂

    4. @Medin Beqiri wait educate myself on what? I’m not okay with blowing up the middle east. what made you think that? I was the one saying war was bad… you should have a word with Greg over there about that. also… I hope minorities don’t get sent to jail for minor drug charges? what was the point of your response? try again.
just don’t see how any of that is relevant idk. this all started bc some hick said something about alcohol and gun shots and I made a joke idk why the trumpets are coming for me skakakksk

    5. @bunnyellabell are you stupid or stupid?he was a senator for 48 years and did was the VP for Obama that actively instigated war in the Middle East and built the original cages for Hispanics coming in from the southern border but your probably some white girl that thinks Trump is some bad orange man

    1. Sounds like you also forgot What Alexander Hamilton said about you and the rest of the ignorant crowd also

    2. @Catherine Eckstein Only made that comment because someone here believes Muslims should be happy about Trump loosing. Trump was on his way to creating peace in the middle east. Biden no peace deals in 8 years. People forget Trump diffused the N.Korean WW3 scare- proof he can create peace. With Trump gone – prospect of peace in middle east gone for many years. Corrupt Politicians get rich out of American wars- accept bribes from countries. Trump got rich outside of politics- didn’t enter politics to use his political power to make rich connections.

    3. Enjoy it while you can because this is going to a The Supreme Court with a 6-3 conservative majority! Trump will be re-elected

    4. @Pandasrules adding to what you said is that Biden will open up modern day slave markets in the Middle East as was done in Libya when Biden was VP. This is insanity.

  3. The contaged will rise after this weekend of mass celebration 💔tough roads ahead , blessings 🙏😰🛐✝️☦️

    1. @John Freedman Imagine rooting for the guy that stopped PPP which was designed to decouple us from China and move to the Philippines a long time protectorate of the United States. Just to have them ally with China and change the power dynamics in Southeast Asia. Then be an amazing hypocrite and give praise to the same guy for giving those same jobs to India.

    1. Good more reason for you bigots to ditch your pollution wagons and get with the program. We haven’t NEEDED gas for years its idiots who feel the need to compensate for their small peckers who are holding the nation back on leading the world in innovation with electric vehicles. Quit being a whiney little snowflake and get over it.

    1. You do realize he’s only 3 1/2 years older that Rump, right? Rump’s daddy had alzheimers. That explains part of his psycho behavior.

    2. @corgising hes talking about all the dead people who voted this election. You havnt heard all the ballots of dead people who should be like 109 years old lol

    3. @corgising lol nowadays experts aren’t credible. Journalists on YouTube do better investigation than fox or CNN contributors.

    4. @corgising this guy I know from Pennsylvania wasnt even registered to vote and got to vote twice 🤣 this election sucks

    1. If that’s the price I have to pay for the return of the soul of my country, the respect of the world for return of the values of decency, compassion, and integrity that use to be of our people, it’s a cheap price to pay.

    2. @Sam Andrade people have all of that. People don’t want to have to work hard to just survive to then have half their stuff taken and given to the lazy. That’s the whole point of capitalism is people strive to be successful and better.

  4. “It is reason, and not passion, which must guide our deliberations, guide our debate, and guide our decision.” –

  5. Mark 8:18
Jesus said: “… this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. … “They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people.” Devil 😈 they taught they knew is really the Devil they don’t know!!
