Article VI, Clause 3. By its plain terms, no federal officeholder or employee can be required to adhere to or accept any religion or [tested] doctrine as a prerequisite to holding a federal office or a federal government. Doctrine(noun) that which is taught. In grade school I was taught the political people do not have to be tested. Albeit an analysis or evaluation as in observations and real time witness such as investigations or any legal probes … of course silly. Trump is blending the definition of testing. Paranoia is deeply seated and confused with testing to solve a pandemic crisis or testing to see if one is crazy. Trump is sliding into the zombie zone. Trump needs to join the Ross Perot doctrine “Crazy” is his campaign song.

Biden obviously suffers from dementia. The corporate democrats cheated by using voter suppression and voter fraud to make him the democratic nominee. Now they have to stick by their man. They’re just hoping the vast majority of voters don’t notice Bidens dementia. The corporate media will try their best to cover up for Biden. Just like Faux news does for Trump. Both are corrupt and incompetent. But the establishment doesn’t care. Biden is the lesser of both evils but at least he’s not a fascist.
In a sane America Bernie Sanders would be up against Trump and he’d easily eviscerate Trump in any debate. A competent leader like Bernie Sanders would of had a chance of getting Covid 19 under control. Alas, the majority of Americans believe what the corporate media tell them and end up voting against their own interests.
Unfortunately if Trump debates Biden, even a moron like Trump could embarass Biden. A lot of voters will see Bidens dementia on display in the debates. But of course the corporate democrats will try and at least limit the number of debates.
