I understand what he’s trying to say, that the Latin community comes from different countries. But he must understand that the Black community today also comes from many different countries. Not all black people are African American, some are Jamaican American, Nigerian American etc.

Whites can come in all shapes & sizes, when it comes to politics, but for some reason they have a tough time grasping the concept that some Latinos may be more concerned with abortion rights than immigration rights, or that some wealthy Blacks may be more concerned with tax cuts for the wealthy than for equal pay for women… Every person has his own unique way of deciding his political leanings, and the color of his skin is not necessarily the driving factor, as Whites seem to wrongfully think.

Anna politically though. Statistics show african Americans voting democratic by huge margins. Hispanics not so much. Cubans are very Republican. About 1 in 3 Mexican Americans are conservative. I have cousins who are Republicans and conservative. Mainly because of Christianity and some because of immigration or guns and many of us are independent. Where as, African Americans are diverse culturally and ideologically. Not so much politically. Biden just expressed it in the worst way possible
