@Crystal Giddens The House has taken on the role of Special Prosecutor, because corrupt AG Barr’s Department of Justice refused to do its job. That would have involved investigations out of the public eye, grand jury summonses, and so on. You are always full of crap.
@Amnon Meyers the house’s role is outlined in the constitution. the “special prosecutor” has been manufactured/a contrivance. the house’s role is that of prosecutor. the prosecutor must first decide if the allegation(s) are credible (often merely a sworn affidavit will accomplish this). Once the allegation is made, the House does the exact same thing as a prosecutor would do by first (determining if the allegation(s) are credible). The House does this with a simple majority vote to impeach or not. It really is that simple but you have been fooled so I understand that you do not understand.
@Amnon Meyers of course if the house does decide to impeach that is when they they proceed to develop their case to present to the court…i.e. investigate in order to produce evidence for the court. at this point the defendant has legal rights such as the right to remain silent, the right to legal representation, the right to review evidence collected by the prosecutor and the right to confront the accuser. when did all of this become new to supposedly red blooded Americans? rights. aka due process? you heard of rights? no?

Walt Schmidt that’s not true hearsay is admissible in some courts. Also those directly indicated in he hearsay is refusing to comply with subpoenas where you think this is legit or not they are lawful and thus are obstructing the law at the direction of the president.
