Tbh Judge Barrett is just as ‘extreme’ as Justice Ginsberg except from the right not left. Both are examples of how personal political beliefs can sway legal decision-making. You just dislike Barrett because she will push conservative views as the right disliked RBG for pushing extreme leftist views in their opinion. Courts are too political these days. Definitely not the separations of powers our founders envisioned.
