The K-Pop group BTS announced that they’ll be taking a break to focus more on solo projects, but made it clear they're not breaking up.

A statement from Hybe, the South Korean entertainment company behind BTS, said they’ll still be working on projects as a group, as well as individually.

I remember when they announced that they were taking a break for a few months but since they said they specifically want to work on solo projects, that will probably be the end of BTS. Once the band members start their own solo careers, they usually don’t reunite again after that unless it’s a special event or something. Just look at One Direction and how initially it was supposed to be temporary. There’s no chance that they will ever reunite, especially since Harry Styles is so successful as a solo artist now.
I don’t wanna break anyones bubble, but even though they said they will comeback, keep in mind there’s always a possibility they won’t or something happens

You clearly don’t know much about kpop groups. They stay together as brothers for years. Shinee a 14 year old group is still as a group, also they are soloists. Lmao do research. 1D and west boybands are different from Asian groups. BTS are brothers not friends, also they have a leader RM who is one of the best leaders ever

Each member has milltary service to do and, jin and yoongi’s time to go is coming closer and closer. What about each member wanting to have their own families of their own. They won’t have time for these hectic schedules. You have to put some logic into this and really think how will they stay as a group forever. Even if they comeback disbandment will be on the horizion. ive seen this happen to other groups. Only time will tell

Remember when PDog tested their Loyalty back in the day and threatened to brake the Group up? RM protected his group tooth and nail regardless of the flaws that were pointed out.

Not to forget South Korea has a 2 year mandatory military service too. So there is no way the band could have been together with ages ranging from 24-29 and Jin has to go to Service first 30 is the cut off age
I’m crying 😢 my eyes out. Just feels like I lost a best friend or friends. These boys have won my heart. They’re much more than a Harry Stiles, and the group. One Direction , Back Street Boys, and I forgot the name of Justin Timberlake’s group. None can compare to BTS ! I love ❤️ each and everyone of these boys, I should mean young men…LOL. 😔 Wishing them all the best for years to come.
