    1. @Dr.McNab/ChubbyZ2013 That has nothing to do with the comment though no said they voted her cause she was a women of color, they’re just happy we finally have one as vp in America.

    2. @middle childliked her because of looks, she looks feminine, she looks non white. You contradicted yourself.
      You are racist.

    3. @Dr.McNab/ChubbyZ2013 What? I never said that, I only said it’s important that we finally have a woman of color as VP. What’s wrong with representation?

    4. @Dr.McNab/ChubbyZ2013 I also am glad to have Joe Biden as president and he’s masculine and not a person of color. So how am I racist?

    5. @The Race Analyst, PHD Proving Hate & Degradation “the greatest enemy of the black man in america is the white liberal”

    1. @Thomas Bowman My Mother did not care about all that what you talking about! That is not why I mentioned her! Too see the woman taking such an honor is what make me think about my mother! I wish you the best!

    1. Oooo I caught that too. I was like omgosh you know the VP was upset to say the least (she worked so hard to get people to pronounce her name correctly. It’s just one of those potato
pa-ta-toe things) but she’s the VP of the United States. Congratulations and move on. That will be the least of her problems.

    1. @Sherri Pie the mueller report showed differently, NO evidence of collusion. The mainstream media acted like they had definitive proof for years, and it ended up being NOTHING. When that happens, a logical person would think, “should I really trust a news provider that has been telling me one thing definitively for years, and now there is proof of the opposite?”

    2. @Sherri Pie oh wtf ever…u must not listen to the news actually you probably do is just seeing in the whole Russian thing was completely proven to be false so get your facts straight

    3. @John Doe And what’s amazing is the liberal media still runs with it while at the same time railing incessantly about right wing misinformation. It’s right there on page 2 of the report verbatim “the investigation did not
establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.” It does not get any more empirical than that.

  1. Hopefully this administration has something to offer that’s better than anything else the other President’s gave the people.

    1. You know she was willing to hide evidence for death row inmates in order to maintain her record as a prosecutor right?

    2. Nope sorry, that was Trump. He wasn’t a lieing carrier politician like Joe Biden (47+) years and the Bush’s. Now it’s back to politics as usual. I can’t wait to start paying $4+ for a gallon of gas like during the Obama/Biden administration🇨🇳

  2. Pence is a pos, BUT I definitely respect him for making sure a peaceful and respectful transition of power took place. He could’ve easily tucked his tail but he didn’t for whatever reason.

    1. @Let there be Light really?
      Was it a democrat who claimed Covid-19 a “hoax”;
      Was it a democrat who incited violence because he was never taught to lose.;
Has it been a democrat who has shown no sympathy for 400,000 deaths?

I think the pos is now hiding at maralago, fearing arrest and punish for the first time in his over-privileged life.

    2. @Sam McCormack what are you talking about freedom is this about wearing mask. If Trump hadn’t lie about the pandemic, calling it hoax just maybe we wouldn’t be in that bad of a situation . please tell me what you mean about freedom.

    3. @Sam McCormack lol I see you been listening to the 1 TERM LYING PRESIDENT
fake news, witch hunt, hoax. I tell you what I do know Trump is the BIGGEST SORE LOSER OF ALL TIME.

    1. He did the wrong thing in the end.. another establishment New World Order career politician…. and he stabbed President Trump in the back in the end…….

    2. @Richard Barry no what he did was he manned up and instead of skulking away he put a bit of honour on show, not quite like his cowardly boss !

  3. So glad Trump wasn’t there…..it would have been so WRONG to have him be welcome there after his attempted coup, and the loss of two Capitol police, and the hideous defiling of our Capitol

    1. @trick49 Kamala isn’t even supposed to be there (according to people’s choice). Biden only selected her because she was a woman of color. There were so many other options and he chose her even though she attacked him. I don’t know why people even idolize her. She’s done nothing of importance beside be a woman of color. That’s her biggest achievement. Wow

    2. @DarkWave evidence was presented at the dozens and dozens of court hearings. There was precisely zero.

The right-wing swamp media narrative that “they didn’t even see evidence!” is tired, false, and whiny.

    3. What else could he do? Democrats and Republicans are both crazy. I’d like to see Trump start a third party and defeat them both. It’s time for a real change.

    1. Nope, sorry. He was merely accepting the inevitable. Good grief, he didn’t even contact Kamala Harris until all other avenues were blocked off. He gets no pass from me.

    2. @Colleen Honderich Look, I don’t like Pence’s policies at all, and until recent weeks, I thought he was just Trump’s lackey. But think of the tremendously difficult position that he was in. The fact that he did break away from Trump’s regime and contact Harris, even if late, is wonderful. He finally stood up in the end and showed Americans that enough was enough. He stood up to the most powerful man in the Western World, a man with a reputation for spite and backlash against anyone who dared cross him. We all make mistakes, but in the end, Pence displayed good moral character. At this point, holding a grudge against him and declaring “too little, too later” only exemplifies the very core of our divisive problems in our nation today.

    3. @Brianna G. Lol! Pence is a back stabbing Judas. That’s who you _admire?_ That’s really creepy. There was obvious voter fraud in 5 states and Pence was bought off. Welcome to your new corrupt 3rd world country of the United States.

  4. I”M proud to be an American, a lady, and witnessing the first person of color as Vice President. For now this overshadows the recent events. do we really hate each other because of party. I’m not sure I know what that means. lethal Hate?
I’m so glad Pence was there. he was standing proudly as he should. we don’t really know the measure of a man. we don’t really know what’s going on that we don’t see. It means a lot to see him there.

  5. I had a tear when President Biden was sworn in, but sobbed like a child when Vice President Kamala Harris took her oath. I’m old (protested Nixon!) and prayed for this day to come before I die. As a woman, it means a great deal to me.
And I’ll lovingly assume, it does for other American women as well.

    1. It most certainly does and I am so very proud of this moment and of Vice President Kamala Devi Harris. The Democratic Party(flaws and all)can at least add flavor to a dish. Republicans not so much. They served up Cruz and Rubio. Gross and bland.

    2. @Rob You must be a white man, I don’t mean that in a bad way. So it’s not amazing or rare to you when you see white men hold the most powerful positions in America. It’s just another day to you. If you’re over 35, your chances of being President here are still vastly greater than any person of color or woman. You don’t even need to be qualified, look at trump.

Kamala isn’t only a woman, she’s a biracial minority person. Now women and all minorities know it’s possible. It’s not never anymore. Representation matters.

    3. I cried as well! I hope you get to see a woman president elected before you’re gone as well, though. It sounds like you’ve been fighting the good fight for a long time. Thank you! ❤️

  6. Whether you voted for her or not, you gotta admit it’s incredible we finally have a female vice president in the US, the highest-ranking woman in the history of this country. Congrats, Kamala!

  7. Pro tip: When swearing in the first woman/first POC vice president, at least learn to pronounce her name right!
