@Stan Wilson Well most black people around the world come from immigration except america which is slavery. There is a few in Russia but the climate and the lack of economic opportunities cause them to go in westerners countries. The fact is that they are many africans americans who left america to live in URSS during the Stalin era. Racism wasn’t common and was not institutionalized like in America. Even Stalin promoted a young black children as the communist ideals of equality and justice.
