How did gas jump overnight from 63 cents to 79 cents and yet oil was at less than $10 a barrel.

what about gas prices? oil stocks may be rising a bit but how does that reflect in an 18cents/L increase in a week? Yesterday I saw a few stations at 87cents. Not much has changed here in Calgary in terms of anything reopening. So what caused this?
